I'm not the biggest gambler in the world, but I can tell you that I think the food is great, the hotel is the best in Forest county and the staff here is really friendly. If you want to have a great time in the Northwoods, you can't beat Mole Lake!

The hotel part was ok, nothing spectacular, seem to be up to date. The casino part, in my opinion, is in need of a serious renovation. They need to completely gut the inside and start all over. The floor machines are crammed together, the interior is not appealing. I will say their customer service, table dealers are nice and helpful. I just returned from a weekend stay and its apparent my views would be similar with other customers. The hotel recently went smoke free, now, work on the ventilation in the casino.

Well it was alright. They hooked me up with $10 free play for returning to the casino, which was nice. The machines were pretty tight. Was almost upsetting. Although they had a promotion, that if you earned 5 points, you earn a prime rib sandwich. After playing I went to collect and was surprised with the sandwich, which was actually a decent sized meal. So even though we didn't win big, or win at all, we left with our stomachs full.

Smaller venue casino, so it's not so crowded. Some of the machines are older and not in the best repair. Not as clean as larger casinos, but tolerable. Their restaurant is good, they have a lot of good deals with playing to earn points then get free or reduced price dinner specials. Large bingo hall. Live music Saturday nights.

It was a beautiful drive up to Crandon. Employees very friendly, food delicious and for the price CRAZY good. Didn't win anything big on machines but great promos got us $300 in freeplay! Will be back!

Not rude employees - but not friendly either. They all seemed preoccupied with "deep thoughts". You better enjoy the smell of 1000's of cigarettes smouldering in ashtrays.

Nice room for our family to stay in while visiting for a family reunion in Crandon. The restaurant on the other side of the building is good but not great; not too many restaurants in the area so there's not much else to hold it up to. Rooms are decent and a nice pool area. They are strict with the 9pm curfew for kids swimming (even with family members). I did not use the casino so I won't speak to it. I definitely would consider staying here in the future.
