The parking garage is difficult to find a place close to the elevators, check in and get to room - elevators need replacement buttons - can’t see numbers on interior plates- not well marked.
Hotel is clean, beautiful decor and a nice selection of shops.
The hotel check in was great, very friendly staff, it was quick and no problems.
Without using the valet parking it’s a long walk from garage to hotel desk to room with luggage,
No updates in rooms for a couple years now, I received comps in the past but hadn’t visited in the last year / booked a room for a return trip for the night and the cost was high for the quality of the room. A/c would not adjust- it stayed cold no matter how high the setting was adjusted- nice for hot weather but froze all night long without an additional blanket.
The casino payoff - doesn’t exist, I think that’s why I stopped coming and it’s left a bad image for the future. After playing several hours - no wins- not even a few bonuses - I spent a great deal of money trying to win just once- it’s a very poor payback.
Walked over to the Nugget and machines were a little newer, nicer facility and paid a few times.
Returned to L’Auberge only to give back any winnings from the Nugget but wanted to be closer to our room.
Nice to get away - even if I don’t win I hope to have fun giving my money away - would like to see more payback - 30 cents on a $3.00 spin is not Fun!!!
Hope some improvements are made if I choose to give it another chance.
If you like a good place to eat seafood “Seafood Palace” on Enterprise is terrific.

The L'Auberge Casino is phenomenal. If you are passing by or looking for a destination for a great atmosphere; be sure and check this place out. Great place for the kids or adults that want to enjoy hitting the slots. Plenty of choices for dinning and not to mention a great date night place. Give it a shot, you'll be glad you did!

The Casino itself is adequate, the kid enjoy the pool area but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it. My wife was pick pocketed in the Casino and our car was broken into outside. When we woke up the first morning our room was wet from the condensation. We called maintenance by mid day as it was starting to smell a little funky. He said it was we because we turned thermostat from 64 to 70. Our choice was either damp at a comfortable temp or dry and frozen. We may go back to play games but will never stay again.

This is an upscale casino. Very nice. The staff is very friendly. Great pool! It has several restaurants. A couple of not so great things: Table minimums are pretty high $15. Also they gouge you at the cafe with prices. A vitamin water $4.00 plus tax. This to me is extremely unnecessary. I understand raising the prices, but really? Rooms are nice, but No refrigerator.

Amazing place to go! Love the pool and complimentary night stay! The buffet is great especially for Breakfast. I always come here and enjoy myself. It’s a get away from everything, feels like you are not in Louisiana. I recommend this place to family and friends!

I was there as a guest of my friend to play slots as a belated mother's day gift. We played for probably eight to nine hours on the same two machines as these were the machines she loved. We were approached by the waitresses for drinks approximately every thirty to forty five minutes by very nice young women who were very sweet and considerate, also the maintenance cleaning people - ash trays, drink glasses, etc. - came by frequently and were very kind, friendly, and considerate, the young lady in the bathroom by the entrance closest to the pool area was the sweetest, kindest, friendliest, most helpful, employee I met all night! I wish I knew her name but she definitely worked from 3-11 on May 19. Wonderful young lady! Should be commended highly!!!

Poor customer service. I called the MyChoice number and was answered quickly, but the service I was provided is rated a 1 star. I want to update my address on My Choice account. While on hold for more than 3 minutes, I was transfer to a answering machine for call back service. No returned call. I wanted to update my Texas address so I could receive the Lake Charles L'Auberge Casino monthly events. My wife and I have not gone to the Lake Charles casino and wanted to receive the newsletter mailed to us so we could attend events, eat and gamble. What very poor customer service to a loyal customer. Update: 05/08/18 No call back to update address.

You would think that for such an upscale hotel you’d at least get a smile upon arrival, right?? Well that was not the case for me. Upon my arrival Skyler took care of me and was not at all hospitable. Not even a good afternoon just a “what’s the name on the reservation?” We were given a great room with a beautiful view. Everything else was great but nothing really special. For the same price and better service and newer rooms in the future I will rather go to the Golden Nugget.

Wow! wow! It’s another wonderful trip we have in L’Auberge again. Had fun play in the casino, and enjoyed delicious Asian cuisine in the Asia restaurant. It’s Thanksgiving Day, so happy to be here having this great holiday season atmosphere. Have a takeout nice pecan pie to savoring back home. There were memorable magical moments during our stay in year 2018. HAPPY memories I will remember. Thank you L’AUBERGE LC !
