I had a great time at the Pullman hotel with my family. The facilities where clean and the staff where exceptionally helpful and provided a great service.
My stay at pullman has been very mémorable, employées at the front desk are up to the task, breakfast delicious ( especially the cow leg pepper soup grand mum style) With the warm attitude of the workers towards customers, i do encourage anyone heading for douala to choose pullman for the night.i had the impetus to be recieved by one Serge at the réception who is very very professional.More grease to their elbows.
Thank you for the nice hospitality from all the staff, their friendly faces each time we meet. They are indeed making us feel welcome at Pullman. Thanks to Clarisse and the rest of the catering team for the delicious breakfast.
Well done Pullman staff...looking forward to our next visit!

This hotel is quite rundown and dated. There is quite a bit of work needing done in the rooms and around the grounds plus the pool isn't the cleanest. The food was OK but I've had much better. It's been OK to stay in for the last couple of days but I wouldn't like to do more than that. Also I think at around £110 per night its quite expensive for what you get.
From my past experiences with staying in Cameroon, I would say this is a better place to stay with old yet working amenities. The place also has some history being one of the oldest hotels in the country and changed hands several times. Location is very good. Staff and cleanliness is excellent.
Hotel is very basic in the decor. Becoming run a bit down and dated. Some facilities basic. No gym. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
