Rooms were good. Pool was nice too. The staff at the kid play area was fantastic. She stayed past closing hours (Partially cause she was having fun playing PlayStation with my eldest). Breakfast spread was good.

Awesome hotel. Love the pool and the buffet dinner. Breakfast is OK. Had the lounge package so we could enjoy a more private breakfast after long night in Pattaya. If you book early, they have awesome discounts. Definitely come again

Amazing experience. Awesome staff (Apart from Hard Rock Cafe manager who tends to jump the gun and come to his own conclusions) very good location and super service from rest of staff members. Very hospitable. Very good food. Lovely atmosphere.

Smaller Hard Rock with the usual deco. Large pool area with a well thought out children's pool area with lifeguards helping kids and parents make the most of the pool time. My standard room was on the small side but comfortable with small balcony. TV offered some international channels. I didn't do the buffet however the venu called Pizzeria had a pleasant view and open air. Service was good. No complaints other than the Hard Rock Cafe located on the back had the music up at ear splitting volume and no sports. The hotel is a good value but really better for families than couples. 5 stars for the staff!

The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower and is spacious as well. Unfortunately the walls in the shower were not that good cleaned.
The decoration of the rooms and the hotel are Hard Rock Standards. Nothing really outstanding.
The breakfast is epic - like in all HR Hotels. No worries. You won't leave the breakfast room hungry.
The pools are really nice. There is an area for children as well.
The steam bath and sauna are included and they are a good place to escape from the hustle in the city and at the pool.
The staff are definitely a 5 out of 5.
So why 4 stars. The hotel is great - but not perfect.
Some things need a renovation and the Rock Shop is not that satisfying as other Hard Rock Hotel Rock Shops.
But definitely on of the best hotels in Thailand.

Didn't stay here.. Just dropped off some participants for Muaythai competition.. Beautiful place though and... The lobby smells so good.

Generally, this is a great place to stay and experience what pataya could offers. They have quite a large swmming pool, but not much shading. If the whether is good, the swmming pool was a good place to relax and have fun. As for their breakfast buffets, personally, i dont think have a lot to offer, but overall its all good. If you like some rock musics experiences, do try this place out.

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the beach and to other attractions.

Will be back here again. Staff until cleaning service very friendly. Acara2 weekendnya ok banget. Banyak fasilitas unt anak setiap harinya dengan membayar 100 baht unt 1 jam. Weekdays sampai jam 19.00 dan weekend sampai dg jam 22.00 - the bubble party, band on the pool, really enjoy our time here 👍🏽
