Bayside Buffet

While there was an adequate choice selection of food, much of it was over salted. Carving station meat was a little tough, crab legs over held, small dessert selection. Cheddar cheese on lasagna.......? Save your money and get a cheaper price with better food at luxor.

Bayside Buffet

One of my favorite buffets in Vegas. The selection is a little bit limited, but the quality of what's there is great. Most of the servers are attentive enough for a buffet and the price isn't bad. The only downside is that it's at the South end of the strip.

Bayside Buffet

The food is good. It is the usual buffet stuff all greasy and in abundance. The staff are friendly and clear the plates quickly. If you are starving, want to spend less and eat more then this is the place. A quick tip- If you get in an hour before lunch/dinner time they switch from breakfast to lunch and likewise from lunch to dinner then you can taste half the lunch/dinner dishes as well :)

Bayside Buffet

It was okay. There was a lot of variety, the fact that you can refill your own drink is nice. There was the usual what you'd expect for breakfast. I liked the potatoes and California eggs. The seating arrangement amused me as it was sort of a maze but in a fun way. It was clean, neat, peaceful setting.

Ate there because it was included in deal. Food was okay, not great. Omelette station was best, most other food was cool or cold.

OK buffet in Mandalay Bay hotel. Nice selection of food. Not an overwhelming buffet, but certainly a great place to get a wide variety when you're tired from setting up in the nearby convention center and don't want to gamble on where to eat.

Would love to give zero stars. Poor quality food. Went for breakfast pancakes were cold and very dry and hard. Sausage links were gross, bacon was chewy and not crisp. Sausage gravy wow so disgusting! Tiny little cold hard biscuits . I expected more from a buffet inside Mandalay Bay Hotel. Can’t understand why a buffet at Golden Corral is much better. Save your money and go to the buffet at Green Valley Ranch Casino, only $17.99 and the food is really really good, huge selection of food and excellent quality, brunch there is amazing, great pizza, Alfredo Asian stir fry bar. Skip Mandalay Bay! Go for Cesar’s palace or head to Green Valley Ranch buffet. Shame on you Mandalay Bay charging $33 for cold garbage. $33 I’m never gonna get back.

Great variety, only a few desserts didn't taste like a cheap Chinese buffet. During the week is the best deal. Prices triple by Sunday brunches.

Bayside Buffet

This is by far the worst buffet in Las Vegas. And for it to be inside one of the nicest hotels is such a shame. Unfortunately we did not look at the reviews of this place before coming and that was our big mistake. But for everyone thinking of eating here, think again, and go somewhere else.

Bayside Buffet

Second worst buffet I have had in Vegas. Some of the foods are dried up and unidentifiable. Desserts are truly meh. Variety is not at all on par with the other buffets in Vegas. Price vs value--not worth it. Don't waste your Vegas buffet dollars here.
