Crossroads at House of Blues

The food was awesome here. The waiter was ok slow at refills though. Food was presented nicely on all of our plates. The venue is large and airy. The gift shop is reasonably price. I picked up a hat for only 22 bucks.

Crossroads at House of Blues

When we arrived at the restaurant we were told they was out of children's meals! How can a restaurant be out of meals. It was rather strange and confusing. The waitress showed us to a table. Even though there was plenty of empty tables they wanted to.put us next to the restroom entrance where high chairs and strollers are stored. Had to ask for a different table. Staff were quick to want to take our orders (too quick as we didn't have time to look and had to ask for more time twice). We never found out what would have been on the children's menu since no one ever said anything other than out of the meals. We did notice other children being passed children's menus and being served kids meals. No idea why we wasn't (daughter is 9 year old). In the end she wanted gumbo so we ordered the appetizer for her. Meals were very nice. The shrimp and grits could have been a bit bigger though. Took a very long while to get the check afterwards.

Crossroads at House of Blues

Extremely fun restaurant. Especially if you like classic rock music. At least that's what I experience. Customer service and weather service was top-notch they gave her kids earplugs. Be prepared it's very loud. We got to sit up near the front, it was awesome. We also got 2 waiter service which was great. Cajin pasta was Excellent and I also got the cookie skillet. Got alcohol that was great too.

Crossroads at House of Blues

This place was the best. Service, music and food very good. I'm not big on smoked foods but the pulled pork sandwich was off the hook. The fried jalapeno cornbread with homemade honey cinnamon butter was to die for (and I don't like jalapenos). Will definitely return. We ate before we saw the 1500th Steel Panther Show there. Great night indeed. Thank you for great food and entertainment.

Crossroads at House of Blues

There was deliciously, fresh food and drinks at a reasonable price. Also it was very clean and we'll maintained and we'll managed venue for the wonderful live music, you in case anyone is looking for a place to play some music. It had wonderful accustics and a polite and versitle audience. Also our server gave us complimentary coffee vouchers to influence us to be return customers. I felt very welcome and pleased with the service I received, and I plan on returning to enjoy some more great food and music:-)👰🤵❣️

Crossroads at House of Blues

We ate here twice during our week in Las Vegas. The food was excellent (love the house-made sauces), the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was worth it. When our dessert ticket got lost in the kitchen causing a slight delay, the server checked in regularly and the manager even came over to apologize and offer a discount. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Plus the skillet cookie is scary good. Special shout out to our server Tyler who made our last meal in Vegas a great one. Good luck on your last couple of semesters in college buddy. 👍🏻

Crossroads at House of Blues

It seems like staff is more attentive during busier hours. We came when busy and it was great but when we came before happy hour... not great at all. Our waiter walked past us at least 4 times where we had empty beers. I ordered my burger med well and it was RARE. When I pointed it out I was told “well the bacon makes it pinker” It was not the bacon. That was almost raw burger. Just bad customer service which is disappointing for the prices and location. If I’m in Vegas (esp Mandalay Bay) I expect better customer service!

Crossroads at House of Blues

Older looking venue, over priced beer even for Vegas. Tyler Farr concert was very misleading. Starts at 7. Nope. Would have been nice to know the doors opened at 7 and concert started at 8. Also would have been nice to know there was an opening show started at 8 and went until 8:45. Tyler Farr was set up by 9 and didnt start until 930. Sit here for almost 2 hours total with no live music. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that I wasted $100 for 2 tickets and hours out of my 4 day Vegas trip.

Very good. We had reservations but sat down a little early. Our waiter Bryan was nice. Pimento cheese appetizer was tasty and steak main course was good. All at a fair price.
