Great getaway for kids and adults. Good food options. Enclosed kids play area & kids club close to the beach. Main Pool is close to the beach as well as another that is closer to the Lobby. They had a bubble party where they blew bubbles into the pool to create a huge bubble bath with 1' think foam! Beach Volleyball was always fun. This is a large resort and there is a wildlife area in the middle where you can see and feed many of the animals. We saw peacocks, flamingos, ducks, turtles, iguanas and many other animals. There is a tram that will take you back and forth between the lobby and the Beach or you can get your walks in.

Although, the beach have lots of seaweeds (there's nothing we can do about that), but we still loved and enjoyed swimming in the warm and wavy water.
We love the 6 days a la carte. The menu was good. The buffet was good especially the Dominican Republic night buffet, it was great!!! My daughter loves the Italian restaurant. My husband and I loves the Pescador restaurant. The staffs are nice. The service is prompt. The only thing we did not enjoy was the show. We didn't like it that much. Also, my daughter's room have mosquitoes. Over all, we had a wonderful time!!

Nice resort overall.. great food here...if you shop for souvenirs go to the air condition lobby stores. The Internet is bad here and they charge extra for a tiny router to get the bad service in a room. The first store on the left is the most fair for souvenirs in the lobby. Do not buy anything from anyone who tries to trick you as you walk by. If the resort had better maintenance done on the rooms it would have got a 5. Fortunately the management was willing to upgrade us due to the room issues so things worked out. Always remember Google guides are everywhere for those who still try to be shady on making a quick buck we are watching!

From check-in to check out, the reception employees were not very welcoming and/or even organized. We waited an hour past check in time because apparently they were fixing some lightbulbs that were not working in the room. This resort is completely disgusting!!! Walls are filthy and towels in the room are filthy and really rough on the skin. The most nastiest were the bed bugs on our bed. We were forced to sleep with mosquitoes every single night. Water bugs were in our room on a daily basis and bed sheets were dirty when we got to the room. Apparently, they are short staffed and the worker that cleans the room told us that she is working three complexes which are over 18 rooms. We were constantly harassed by workers to purchase items on the beach and on the hotel lobby. The food was plain disgusting!!!!! Bananas were rotten, bread were rotten. The friends I traveled with were ill for the days we were there due to the food. Lastly, we were robbed by the manager. Workers charged bottles of wine to our rooms when we never consumed any alcohol. The manager, short, husky chubby guy forced us to pay him $26 USD for drinks that we never consumed. They forged my signature claiming that I singed for the bill when apparently my signature was completely different from my legal documents. The manager refused to compare my signature with my legal documents and called security. After being forced to pay $26 dollars, he placed the money inside his pocket and walked away. This is truly a disgrace to the Dominican people. The level of integrity and lack of proper customer service in this resort is simply outrageous!! I highly recommended you not to stay in this disgusting place. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a better place.

The hotel is huge! Lots of beautiful gardens. The staff is very friendly. I loved the beach and the bartenders in the platinum area were a lot of fun! Lots of variety for food choices. Great place to bring a family.

I had the honeymoon suit which was pretty decent. The furniture in the room was very uncomfortable the sofa was too hard to even sit on. The table that we were supposed to have dinner or eat on was unstable. The bed was supper hard. Room service was nonexistent on the weekend and takes over an hour for the food to come. You can tell a lot of the room had water damage u can see the patch work. The trolley takes forever to come and if there’s a busy day with people checking in your better off walking to your room. If you want a room closer to the beach you have to pay additional or become platinum guest. The buffet food was okay they didn’t have much Spanish food only on special nights. The buffet food wasn’t seasoned and taste okay. The beach is beautiful but it was hard to enjoy when people kept begging us to do activities or buy something it became very annoying. I got over 100 times. The pools are okay if u wanna swim to bring goggles they treat the pool everyday. if you are platinum you get access to all restaurants and buffets and additional to the other hotel restaurant, you get private check in, you are closer to the beach you get free room service, you get the private beach so no one will harass you, you get premium drinks, private pools and bigger rooms with newer furniture and champagne in the room. Definitely more perks being platinum. But overall I enjoyed my trip the shower and the jacuzzi and the pool with the bar was the highlight of my trip.

Stayed at Bavaro Princess for 4 days. This was my first time at a resort and for the most part the trip was amazing. The resort is beautiful ,our room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. My only problem was getting harassed multiple times daily on the beach and at the Lobby from people who wanted to sell me something. Also, the food wasn't that good but we really enjoyed the Steakhouse restaurant!

Be cautious!! I have traveled to many countries and this is my 5th visit to beautiful Dominican Republic. This resort is nice and the people are great but there are two major issues. One on Sat & Sun they let the locals come in which are very disrespectful. They were swimming in full clothing and letting their kids go 1 and 2 in and around the pool. There were pubs floating everyone. We were so discussed! We pay a lot of money and worked hard to get our vacation to deal with that. The worst part is the SAND FLEAS !! One of our friends got them so bad he has to go to the ER. There were several guest that were covered in them. If I could post pics I would!

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and LOVED every second! The staff was so friendly and inviting and the service was great! Right when we drove up, someone took our suitcases for us and we got personal assistance at the guest services desk, complete with cocktails while we talked. The honeymoon package was amazing, free room service and flower petals decorating our bed every day made the experience. There was always something to do and we never got bored. They have live shows in the evening, the drinks are amazing, the resort is stunning and the food is pretty decent for an all-inclusive. We would definitely go back here, I highly recommend.

This vacation was wonderful! Very pleased with the entire experience. My wife and I will return to this resort. The food is great. The burgers at the the beach were very impressive. For a busy burger grill located at an open beach, it was impeccably clean. The same can be said for the resort in general.
