This bank no longer considers their customers as a priority. They used to open Saturday mornings, not any more. They used to be polite and no request was dismissed without consideration, not anymore, they used to be polite face to face, not anymore. Huge fail Bendigo Bank. The move to the new premises has not been a positive one for your customer service skills. Very disappointed.

This branch is fantastic! I use them for personal and business accounts as well as for loans. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is wonderful. Thank you Nuran and the rest of your team!
