First time there. I enjoyed the nice helpful staff.
The place was very clean , I liked the place very much. I don't drink or gamble , I brought my Uncle and his date, I had a great time watching people. I will definitely come back

I've been to this casino 2 or 3 times now. The first time or 2 were quite some time ago and it wasn't the best experience.
Today in order to save the drive to Iowa we decided to give it another try. I have only good things to say this time. Including that the food we had at bistro 104 inside the casino was the best food I've had in the area in a long time and the service was great also!
My brother was visiting from Canada and while the majority of us lost in the casino we all enjoyed our food and we all had fun!!

I enjoy coming to the casino. We get there about once a year but we always enjoy ourselves. You come there to enjoy yourself not to worry about how much you win or how much you lose.

I was very disappointed in my experience at the casino. I receive coupons regularly in the mail for the casino, but I forgot them today. When i went in i had to get a new card as mine had expired. After I was given a new card i asked if I had any offers and she told me to ask the other woman. When I asked the other woman she pouted really hard and rolled her eyes at me and told me to go check a kiosk. I looked in the casino and the line was all the way across the casino. I said that all i wanted to do was have you check since I was standing there. She rudely took my card and checked telling me no. I went into yhe casino and played some slot for a while and then went to the blackjack tables and played. When i wanted to stop and get something to eat i asked the floor if i could get comped a meal they said they could and that they would have a 10 dollar credit waiting for me at the restaurant. I went and ate and when I was finished eating and went up to pay, I told them that the floor had a comp for 10 dollars. They said that I didn't have one and so I went ahead and paid for my meal. The cashier told me to talk to the woman at the front desk about it. When I went back to talk to the woman she was just as rude as the first time. Never did get my money back and if that is the kind of customer service that they are going to have I will never be back. I've enjoyed coming here for years and this is the first time in a while that I've been able to come up here. If they want to run off their customers then so be it.

This is a very nice place to be at . It is fun to go and play and not have to worry about anyone bothering you. They people are very nice and aways ready to help you out.

Stayed 2 days. Machines were tight. Did end up winning a little. Campground next door was great. Seven spots to choose from, with full hook up, and it's close to the casino.

Remarkable how much money people spend here. Very seldom do you see a machine pot. I don't go there except once every 6-8 months. My friends like to go. In hopes of a good time and maybe a win. Good time is possible. True winners,,, not so much. Nothing like other casinos Cherokee Nation Tulsa Oklahoma you can see the machines lighting up people winning money. Mark Twain, they call it a boat, in the middle of a field, not so much... I find it amazing on a $2.00 bet, when a machine does hit a line,
.47 win. Don't really care for the place.
