Easy to get too with it being just a short drive from the city of Shawano. Friendly registration agents. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice size TV but the bathroom was a little on the small side. The staff is very friendly.

We made reservations online but we forgot conformation no# did not show we had a room they had 1 room available at twice the rate. Room was poorly light, night light can not be turn off.that was like super bright. No facial tissues, remote had issues. When we checked out and said we were disappointed the real lead did not ask why offer a solution. When I asked for corporate number that when she give a little sorry. They are supposed to credit us. We will see. The housekeeper was the first to say sorry.. you would have thought after hearing the couple in front us had the same problem, that they would check their website. Offer us a free meal , but the manager I spoke with seemed a little concern but I felt like she was trying to get me off the phone.

Bar staff is always friendly, 2 restaurants with good food choices, the hotel and conference center is very attractive. Pool area is relaxing. Fun place to gamble. Entertaining bands every weekend, it's a good place to get out

I love the casino, bright flashing lights, the chance to win a jackpot. It's good entertainment. However, the casino buffet I will not go back to. We recently went to the buffet, just for something different, it was prime rib an crab legs night apparently. The prime rib was still mooing at me, looked like it was cooked 5 minutes (gross). The crab legs were ok, but the buffet selection was minimal, about 8 hot items to choose from. Then when I got the bill for the 3 of us I almost had heart failure, $70. If I'm going to pay that kind of money I expect excellent food, service, an selection, of which we got none!!

Great casino. Money will be spent, but at least it will not be gone in a minute! You can play for a lot of time on twenty dollars. Good deal on food if you get hungry

My review was removed.... our room was good up until we wanted to take a shower. Did not work. Asked for a manager to call us and still waiting. Took over a month to talk to manager. Was told it was a free room so basically nothing was done. Stayed again 4-28 And at 130am the fire alarm goes off at the hotel. Gave the place another chance FAILED....also red stains on comforter...

Slots are good. Table games sparsely available. Hotel check out time is insane. This place definitely caters to senior citizens. It's a nice place to visit but don't stay unless your over 70 years old!!

Coffee is way better than the coffee houses in shawano. The resort atmosphere is great. The pool is fantastic, I love the steam room too. The food is great at the Forest Island restaurant.

The hotel's public areas are beautiful. The rooms are nicely decorated, but there needs to be better upkeep. Gouges in the walls, chipped paint, our towel rack and hair dryer holder were both loose on the wall. Our room was very cramped, like if you were in the bathroom you could barely get the door shut. The room was decently cleaned, the beds were great. The walls must be paper thin as we could hear everything going on around us. The restaurant there is great!

This is an outstanding Casino! The guest service is second to none, the security Personnel are very efficient polite and attentive. The other guest service staff is extremely well-trained. As far as the gambling aspect their machines are not set overly tight and if you gamble in the pit II e craps roulette poker or blackjack you will find the staff in their equally as friendly well-trained and polite! All in all a great place to go enjoy a good meal good fun good people there hotel is clean and very comfortable
