One of the machines wouldn't let me cash out so i pressed the service button.... then i pressed the service buttons on the machines next to me... watched the employee walk over to watch someone who was winning... after a few minutes i had to go to her to ask her to help...i was irritated the first time i pressed the service button..... they should pay more attention to their service buttons.

Beautiful drive through the town of Chelan to the Casino. Lots of slot machines to choose from. Lots of RV parking both with or without electric. Staff very friendly.

Great smaller casino near Lake Chelan. Tried their Crosswinds restaurant which was quite good. Nice selection of local drafts.

I got to dance with Eric Estrada of Chips fame here. I never win at anything but i have a lot of fun always. Great time, friendly staff.

Very impressed with their professionalism and congenial atmosphere. Very clean facility with newer tables and slots. Great servers with good food, no one over served in alcohol, and I love the slots!!

A nice surprise! Smaller facility in a beautiful location. Cleanest casino I have ever been at. Friendly staff, fun slots. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, Exciting promotions the food is aways great. Best of all is the friendly and courtesy staff especialy Marylin and Barbara. Always very attentive. Thanks a bunch!! Definitely recommend this casino.
