I always come in with a huge order for my local tow yard Northeast towing. Joe and Dan are always up front funny a patient and really get our order right. Thanks for making my days a little better. Northeast runs on Dunkin

10 min ago. 2nd consecutive day of bad coffee. Go to any other Dunkin in the area. I just got burnt luke warm coffee that wasn't even made right. So irritating!!!!

Even when things are slow, they can't seem to get a single coffee order right. I guess I will have to be inconvenienced by going to another location from now on.

This Dunkin Donuts' proximity to the Mohegan sun casino, has made this place exceptional... limited space, but tasty coffee and a courteous staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It shouldnt matter what my mood. It dosent concern her untill she messes up my order like usual Its her job as a professional dunks employee make them correct. Then she should at least know how to do that right. Not to have her runher mouth of to me. Because it took me asking three times to mark my cup I asked her to please do her job and mark our cups. But no she has no customer service skills whatsoever. No wonder u guys have your own management sitting outside taking pictures while they work because this place is so sloopy. Iv been going there for ten years. And no more after today ill go to starbucks thank u!!
