Just left Genos worst service ever! Ordered chowder and 2 clam dinners. They were put of chowder which was fine, but they only brought 1 meal and plates for us to split it. We told them it was suppose to be 2 0rders waited so long I canceled. Then they had the nerve to charge for chowder they didn't even have! I'm so disgusted I will never give them another nickel nor send anyone there!

I would give them negative stars if it was possible. I was served a raw burger (ordered it medium) and the manager could not have cared less. They gave a half-assed apology, still charged us for the meal, and the best part is that the manager had the nerve to flip off a member of my family while walking away from our table. I do not understand how this place is in business!

Did not have good experience. Drink was weak and could not taste alcohol. Burger was burnt. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other places.
