Clean restaurant good to eat but customer services is really poor lack of personal and the one working are really lasy only one cashier and one person preparing the food took forever
My husband went and got 2 large coffees this morning and paid with a $20 bill. He received change for a $10 and told Pamela that he gave her a $20 When she became hostile and argued. The receipt stated that he paid with a $50. Probably not the first time she has done this to someone. We will be contacting corporate and franchise and requesting video. Beware of this McDonald's
Horrible won't return!! My chicken was burned, order took fifteen minutes to get out, no customers in line, and what looked to be a manager was scolding an employee on the food line in front of everyone, when another associate joined in. By the time my food was ready there were FOUR people in the conversation with the manager. Nobody cared about customer service! (No gloves oon anyone's hands either)
Ordered 2 McFlurries and stood there waiting for approx 20 before I finally asked about them (I had already paid) and they told me their ice cream machine was broke. How long would I have waited?? Geez!
