This place is not worth the price that they charge. I was a prospective buyer and online... Everything looks good but in person it is not. There was a hole in one of the doors of the apartments that my boyfriend and I toured a few weeks ago. We could not believe that they were showing us an apartment with a hole in the wall and dirty looking carpet. The apartment unit was also very dated compared to others we have seen. I have posted photos of what my boyfriend and I saw when we looked around the complex area.

I just moved into these apartments the end of May and my electricity has went out three times; I've barely been here a month. I'm not sure what the issue is; even my neighbors say that the electricity goes out often. I'm not sure what maintenance is doing to rectify the issue, but it's way too hot for this. I have to call maintenance each time and they have to come reset some box. The last guy said that my box is super old and needs to be replaced. So what is the problem? I have a small child and we both have asthma. I was loving this place, but I'm over this already. Also, maintenance had the nerve to ask me what I was doing to make the lights go off AND why does it only happen when they're closed. Seriously? Maybe because I'm an adult that works 8-5 and I use the air and electricity after work? Just maybe? Unprofessional.

I have lived here since June. i was promised an apartment as of April 2017 but the tenant whose apartment I was supposed to occupy gave her 60 day notice but refuse to move. Eventually I received an apartment and it was in fair to poor condition I was assured that the apartment would be brought up to satisfactory condition that never happened and during the first month of my tenancy I received an e-mail stating that the maintenance department was so overwhelmed with work orders that all maintenance request would be delayed for 60 days and save your money and do not waste your time.
