Well, let me start off by saying this ship is BEAUTIFUL!
My wife and I just went on this ship for a 9 day cruise, and we had a wonderful time on this ship.
The check in process was seamless and the boarding process was quick and without any hassle!
When my wife and I boarded the ship, we were amazed at how beautiful it was! Everything was nicely laid out. The Crystal staircase was amazing!
When we got to our rooms, they were nicely decorated and situated! The beds were too hard for our liking and even when they put a mattress topper on the bed, it still was a little too hard for us! The bathroom was nice and the bathtub was AMAZING! We had a wonderful corner like balcony and we enjoyed the views from there.
The food for us left a lot to be desired! We ate at the buffet, the main restaurants and 3 of the specialty restaurants! I must say out of all of our dining experiences, the Butcher’s Cut (steakhouse) was the BEST food we had the whole week while on the ship! The pizza in the buffet was also good!
All in all we had a great time and look forward to sailing with MSC again, but this time with our children!

great ship, nice payouts.
Of all the casinos at sea, this one had the most often payouts where I could leave a machine with more than I put in. The casino staff is very friendly and walks by and gets to know you. My fave machine was the $1.00 max bet, HEARTS. I had no luck o the six $1 machines...a cruiser told me to change it to $5 and bet 5 lines, and my $100 turned into $395.

Trip was ok
My trip was back in June 2023, couldnt chage the date here on top.. Beatiful ship, food was ok at best but not bad at all. Shows were mehh not even close to RCCL but better than Carnival... Pool parties at night and other parties were good.. My Balcony room was good even though it was at the very end rear of the ship, even had a tub in the bathroom and it was spacious. Had excellent waiters both from Perú. Casino was ok, didnt enjoy much the table games had some weird type games although I wasn/t feeling well the week thus unable to spend much time at the casino this time around. I would give them another try to make a better review.

Loved the ship! ! Absolutely beautiful! Had a lot of fun in the casino- the host made sure everyone was having a good time! There was a slot tournament for VIP players and hot seat drawing every night! Free play for many people!! Also they gave small gifts To many to show appreciation for spending time in the casino! I received a beautiful pair of earrings! I saw several jackpots! The linked machine hit 14,000. A quick hits paid over 7,000. Many big pays on the buffalo machines!! It was sooo much fun and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be on this amazing ship! They gifted me another free cruise for playing! Looking forward to my next adventure! Highly recommended! Recent trip on MSC
Beautiful ship - food terrible except for specialty restaurants, room had very little storage, casino had only 6 video poker machines and 2 were broken the entire time - no triple play machines at all!!!! Ship was fully booked so it was a zoo with people - will not be sailing on MSC again -
