Nice bike but had to wait half an hour after booking time. Would have given it 4 stars. I don't give 5 stars easilly.
Courteous staff, very helpful in demonstrating on how bike works.
Next time maybe 2 at the counter would have been better.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, took care of everything and we just needed to enjoy the ride. The bikes were perfect and in great shape. Would definitely do it again!

Our check in and return was perfectly done by Camila,
She was awesome in all fazes of the rental.always helping with a smile and gave us a great service and total satisfaction with the rental of 2 very nice Harley Davidson.
We took the no worries insurance and thank God did not had to use it,but we recomend to all renters....Total peace of mind for a few dollars a day.
Thanks for the job well done...!!!!!

Michael and staff very good. I am not okay with BEACH SURCHARGE added to my rental. Bad business. VERY well hidden add on. Your website where I booked the bike gave a special markdown price from 149 per day to 129 per day. I did not see where there was an add on for BEACH PARTY. VERY SLICK F****** Thank you very much. The bike was fine.

My experience started out a little rough with both of the bikes I reserved 3 weeks prior being unavailable the night before the rental was to start. Once I arrived at the fort Lauderdale location, I expressed my disappointment to Camila. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. She was able to go through a bunch of channels to make the bike I originally requested available. If not for Camila, i would not be writing a positive review. Also, Ron was very helpful and answered any and all of our questions and suggested some good routes to ride. Return of the bikes was very smooth as well. All in all, I would definitely rent from eagle rider again.
