I wish I could give this lovely school zero stars I graduated in 2013 and I will tell you this you can thank the lovely harper woods residents. There were fights almost every other day and drug use was out of control! such a shame how grosse pointe north was a good high school back in the day now its a giant ghetto.

Who are these people who are writing Vile comments about this wonderful school?? The principal has been excellent and really cares about the school. My daughter is a sophomore now and we have nothing but great comments about the school and the teachers. Are there lower socio economic class people in the school .. Yes there are but not all of them are bad apples. So you have a typical high school experience and all these comments about daily fights are totally false. We have heard of one situation which was dealt with by the administration by expelling the student so far in 1 year and tell me which high school doesn't have 1 or 2 instances of students having disagreements? Awesome experience for my daughter for sure..

I transferred schools my sophomore year and as soon as I joined the band and orchestra program, I knew that I was at home and was fully accepted for who I am. I love all of my teachers that I have had. As an upcoming senior, I can say that I am glad to be a Norsemen and I cannot wait to graduate from Grosse Pointe North and be an alumni of a school that I am proud of.
