If I could give you ZERO STARS if I could!! We can't even relax in this hotel or restaurant! Every time we stay here the staff treat us horribly and won't give us our Health Canada meals if our appointments run late. NO OTHER HOTEL IN THE PROVINCE HAS EVER TREATED US THIS POORLY WHEN WE'RE LATE FOR OUR MEALS BECAUSE OF MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS!! Imo they are Racist!! A place to get treated horribly. 👎🖕The staff need training in being courteous and accommodating to their patrons.

Room was beautifully clean, with a very comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. Front desk staff were excellent and deserve high marks for excellent customer service. Will stay again when working in the Prince Albert area.

The staff were all extremely helpful and always in a great mood. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prince Albert. My dog was thrilled with her own goody bag when we checked in.

Stayed here for a week on business, had a good experience. The walls don't offer very good sound insulation and there's no pool, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed and room were both comfortable and the bathroom was entirely adequate. If I was sent to Prince Albert again, I wouldn't dread staying here again. It was very clean.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, a great made to order breakfast included. My only complaint is that the beds are a little firm. I found this location to feel very safe and well kept. When I discovered the last occupant had put a plastic bag over the smoke detector it took less than 5 minutes for someone from housekeeping to come remove it. The welcome bag with chips, a jucie box, and a granola bar is a nice touch.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff are welcoming and truly focused on customer service. They understand that as Saskatchewan business travelers we are often subject to the whims of weather and roads and are extremely accommodating. The welcome bag at check-in is a real treat, and the made-to-order breakfast is the best one in town. I always look forward to my next stay at the Best Western Marquis Inn and Suites in Prince Albert.
