What a wonderful experience! We were delighted with our night out to Carmine's La Trattoria, at The Palms, in Kendall. We were greeted at the door, and the courtesy and attention from management and our personal waitress should be rated with a 10 for excellent. The food was delicious and the restaurant very clean . To our surprise one of the managers came to our table to sign a beautiful Italian song. What a magnificent voice! It took us back to our trips to Venice. We will certainly recommend Carmine's Kendall location to our family and friends.

We went to Carmine's last night to bring in the New Year after a very nice experience last year. We were a party of 8 adults and 1 small child. We ordered our food at 9:30 and left angry at 11:45 without any of the main dishes or pastas having been served. They could not even get the child's penne pasta with marinara out in that time despite our questioning. When we asked to speak to a Manager he did not come and I had to be taken to the kitchen to speak with him. We left because our 2 year old was asking for her pasta and began crying. We will never bring our business to Carmine's again and suggest you consider this review when deciding if you should go there period but especially so for special events. They ruined our New Year and many other large parties around us who had similar experiences.

I am a regular at this location. The food has been consistently of good quality and reasonably priced. The service is good although sometimes varies. In quality. Great location with good views and pleasant surroundings. .

Been here a few times, each time has been a bad experience. My last visit:
I ordered a caprese pizza, they brought a different pizza than what was listed on the menu.. when we checked with the waiter, he said it was exactly what was on the menu. We had a couple slices, it was not good.
On our way out we checked the menu, and they did send us the wrong pizza. We asked the manager, he says they just changed the menu and now that pizza has different toppings, but they haven't updated the menu. He didn't care too much when we said we wouldn't be returning. Maybe that's why it was so empty.
If you chose to eat here, I hope they don't change the menu on you!

I had an event for the 2nd time with over 60 people. Planning was such an easy experience. I went to set-up the night before and everything was ready for me. Service was exceptional!!!! The staff was friendly, helpful and made our event extra special. Food was delicious! Having our own private space was great. Beautiful location and decor. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion you may have. Excellent!!!!

After $300 of awesome food, the only reason why 2 stars is because of service. Fortunately this is not another Cadillac ranch where you normally go for casual service and ok food for happy hour with friends etc... but it felt like it, first it took a very long time to get waited, then we had to ask if there was bread, then if there was vinegar and olive oil.
Bread felt like toast from yesterday. Food came wrong, wife had to wait while everyone ate. Then had to ask for cheese, after dinner we had to ask if there was any dessert.
Which took forever, then finally asked for the check, then was asked for the check back,as if they were closing or had to close their shift.
I'm pretty sure it was not our waitress fault but maybe a training factor that needs to be addressed.

We were there a few days ago and our 4 days was not enough. An amazing place in every way. Fantastic staff, service amazing the food incredible. Don't need the pools as the beach is incredibly. The rooms are fantastic clean and comfortable. The casino is great. In every way I would rate this hotel a 10 star. Thank you to all the staff and management for a fantastic four days. ????

My kids kept bitching about the WiFi... Told them to get over it.... ?? Other than, staff was great. Housekeeping is on top of everything. Rooms clean and comfortable. They have a pool and hot tub and small gym on site. As well as a restaurant. Stay here. Pricing is also quite worth it.

Felt like We were disturbing the staff every time we asked a question. Bed was comfy and Sheets were clean but the room hadn't been vaccumed in some time...previous guest's toenail clippings in the carpet, water left in the fridge by previous guest and there were little black whisker hairs all over the bathroom counter. We were not told when we books that several volleyball teams were staying there nor were we told that if paying cash you must pay an additional $100 cash deposit. Luckily this wasn't an issue. I found it notable that we had to wait for our room to be inspected for damage before checking out but I have yet to receive a call regarding a phone charger left behind. Oh and don't ask for exceptions to the menu... we were told "he won't do this anymore so don't ask again". We would not return and certainly not recommend.

Good hotel, average restaurant. The hotel is fine here. We can usually get a good deal with our CAA membership, or one of the online booking agents. Rooms are nice and we stay here from time to time visiting Yarmouth in the fall/winter. The restaurant doesn't seem to be very busy but the food and breakfast is good. Service is kind of slow though, considering they have never been busy when we've been there and still take forever to come over to our table. The hotel is right downtown so perfect location for tourists.
