I went there for the rick ross after party and the event was poorly organised, doors opened a good 45 minutes past the entry time and large amounts of people were able to hop the fence and get to the front of the queue. This repeated to happen and security did not do anything for at least 20 minutes . Furthermore went I to the bar the staff Ignored me and when I finally got one of their attention he got annoyed like I was the one being rude after they ignored me for 15 minutes and served other customers while I was at the front of the bar which was not even busy.

hi i was at the halloween party 31 oct 2014, i did'nt find the experience inviting at all, on arrival the security was rude and abrupt especially the he she on the door checking bags, she had a bad attitude, towards me and my friend we was dressed as vampires with wings, she smacked our wings and told us to get them out her face, i felt quite threatened by this, not a good start , to say i was supposed to be at a party to enjoy myself, then when we got to the bar, yes the 1 and only bar, they had turned of all the pumps saying they had;nt had a delivery, what a load of rubbish, so all you could get to drink, was bottled beer or spirits which was nearly £5 a drink, and they did'nt even have any cider , varity was poor too, and you could'nt even get to the bar for a drink, unless you qued for half an hour, i find this highly discusting for a supposedly organized event, yes i will be sharing my experience with friends not to even bother.

Can't believe there aren't more reviews for this great venue. I first went to 2 of the after-shows from Prince's 2007 21 Nights Tour. Both were amazing for different reasons. First show, I was standing 2-3 people from the front & felt like I'd made it onto the set of Purple Rain, a life-affirming gig, I was so close! Sound system was superb & didn't distract from his Purpleness' greatness... so many places are just too loud & distorted to enjoy the music & lose yourself in the moment. 2nd visit I spent some more for a VIP balcony ticket with VIP bar access and was treated to a masterclass in musicianship, jazz and funk from Maceo Parker and all of Prince's hornz & rhythm sections. Spotted some celebs in & around the VIP bar & appreciated that the tracks played while waiting for the gigs to start were some of Funks originators (James Brown, George Clinton's Funkadelic, Larry Graham's Grand Central Station and of course Sly & The Family Stone (spot on).
