Older hotel bur staff in the lounge restaurant and front desk were outstanding. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint but bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub. Great bar. The only bad thing is the bar closes at 1. But then again.... this is North Dakota.

Great downtown location. Parking can be limited if there is an event at the hotel, which may be eased a bit if part of the parking garage wasn't closed down. The rooms are small. Our king room didn't come with a microwave or fridge, so you can't keep anything cold or heat something up. The bed was comfy and made for a great night's sleep. There is no breakfast included; you have to go to the restaurant they have and order.
Overall the cost is a bit much for what you get, but it's convenient if you attend an event there and do not want to drive afterwards.

Nice location, but needs improvements. Be ready for your card to not work once you get to your room, they easily get cleared from phone, wallets, etc. The rooms are very average, and need some work. Great sleep number beds.

Old small crowded room no fridge or microwave. I was on the 8th floor I could hear people walking talking in the halls, foot steps from the floor above traffic noise... they should have free ear plugs in every room.
crappie little coffee pot leaked on out the bottom made a mess on the dresser. Bathroom was tiny. You could be seated wash your hands and soak your feet in the tub at the same time. I was not impressed with this old relic. That need to be updated in every way.

* the shower has soap scum and mould around the grout and tiling
* the shower curtain had soap scum and mould on it
* the website states that there is Free Guest Laundry but one of the
worker informed me that I would be required to pay
* unhospitable treatment during my stay

Disgraceful wrong information on the internet ,the place was disgusting,dirty and bad customer service. Never go here again!

Not good
I stayed for a week and had to ask everyday for staff to get fresh towels, toiletries and get rubbish taken away etc. The staff treats me with contempt for asking for basic services.
