The Thursday Night special drew me into checking the place out. The 2 hour wait time to get a table was a big let down. Other people had the same idea. We got our players card and got in line for dinning around 8pm and did not get a table till 10pm. 2 hours on the dot. If anyone is thinking about trying their dinning get a table pager first THEN sign up for their player's card. You're gonna be waiting around anyways. During the down time I found an inactive Charge Point charger. I was surprised to see a charger on site as no app said the Casino had a charger on site. If they ever put the charger online it would be an added bonus if I ever go back but I expect to be ICEd for the ev parking spots.

Used to be better before the new owners took over. Making more money is now their main objective rather than providing a good location as well. Recent news indicates that the staff at Casino Ajax are going to go on strike unless their concerns are resolved. Maybe things will improve

Not worth your time or money. There are plenty of casinos around Ontario with a much better overall experience. Casino Ajax has poor quality wait staff. The waitress at the restaurant can ignore you while remembering to service other tables around you. They will disappear long periods of time.
The location is small. The slots are cramped and stuffy. There is a much experience to be had at other locations.

I went to the restaurant, it has a nice view on the racing track, food is ok and cheap. They have special offers each day of the week, staff are so friendly

I NEVER win anything here. When Ajax downs first opened up around 10 years ago, I would win quite often. There were constantly bells going off around me. For the last 5 years, it's been nothing but a huge money grab. Pikov farms seems to be getting bigger and bigger and the lawns are becoming more and more groomed. All the money taken literally from people is used to build up the racetrack - someones getting real rich off the backs of poor dreamers. Don't bother going to this casino. You will almost guaranteed lose your money.

Not impressed. Bathrooms were disgusting. Chairs at the machines felt like they've never been cleaned. All tables are electronic including blackjack and roulette. Waitresses in restaurant didn't seem to want to help and directed me to 3 waitresses before I got served. Don't waste ur time going here.

Fan appreciation day had a mascot out and about but not much else. Apparently there were some T-shirts thrown out but not many and this is just what I heard, I didn't actually witness that. There were supposed to be draws but I didn't witness any of those either. So fan appreciation day was a bust.

Too busy...not many wins anymore. You have to bet 10 dollars to win big. 25 cent machines are no where to be found easily however if you do find one the winnings are small. Lots of people, many 2 cent, 5 cent machines. I was not too happy about the place. Back in the day I'd bet 25 cents and win 50 bucks. Not a place to go with 40 bucks in your pocket. But if you like to bet big then this place would suit you well. Not good for the people on a budget and just want to go for fun. Use the 40 bucks for something other then gambling.

I worked in this casino for 3 years. It completely drained me. Staff don't treat eachother with respect. The customers are rude as all hell. The kitchen is so disgusting it's rumored that they have had to pay off inspectors to keep it open. The bathrooms are always completely trashed. You will find every bodily fluid imaginable in their washrooms. This is supposed to be a place of entertainment and fun but you leave with no money and no happiness. Quitting this place was the best decision I've made.
