Only benefit to this hotel is a mediocre, smoke filled, poorly serviced casico located in the lobby. As far as hotel goes, the walls are paper thin so you will be sure to hear all the other guests in you wing. Beds were okay but had only half blankets on them. Out of four nights that we stayed housekeeping only came in once, even when we specifically informed the receptionist. When we did ask for a fresh set of towels the last evening, housekeeping basically threw it at us. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, look past this location.

The place is pretty nice. Had a Comfy king size bed and a clean room. Food at the restaurant was good too. There's also a casino attached to the hotel if you like to gamble. Pretty cool place.

The reservation department call center (not at the hotel) quoted me a price of $320 + tax. When I went to pay for the room, I was told it was $360 + tax. I argued that the price was not what was quoted, and I was told that the call center who took my reservation should have not taken my reservation because it was for a wedding block and therefore the price was not going to be honored. This is terribly unfair. I was hung up on once while making these inquires. If they won't give me the $40 - $50 difference in price they had initially quoted, they will be getting $400 + less from me, because I'm going to stay somewhere else. Also, I'm not going to stay at a Radission again due to their inability to book a room. Shame on Radisson and their "supervisors", worst business decisions I've heard of.

The rooms are a nice size. The atmosphere is a little dated but everything was functional. We stayed over for the casino. Its not that far of a walk. Just nice to have it connected! We would definitely stay again in the future.

wasn't a pleasant experience. Toilet paper on floor, pubic hair on tub. we had to shower in another room because of bathroom. had to hold down toilet lever for 8 seconds to work. 2 flat tires on luggage cart. very dissatisfied. pool area was decent. DON'T stay in room 202!

Nicely done hotel, with enough great restaurant choices you don't necessarily have to leave to experience a good eat. Plus, with the casino here you can always spend some time there. Rooms were clean, neat, comfortable for extended stays. Would like to see some updates to the bathroom.

Very friendly helpful receptionist. Check in went very smoothly. Even though the area around the hotel is very busy, the room was very quiet and restful. The bed and pillows are very very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and if in the area, I will come here again. Easy to get to places to eat or shop. The room was very clean, happy with the arrangement.

Superb accommodations. Clean bathroom along with the rest of the room. Okay it needs help behind the furniture the television is on, but otherwise Nice. Cannot comment on the elevator as we only used the well used Grand Staircase to & from the 3rd floor. We skipped the casino & never heard any stray noise.
Yes some things could use a update and a bit more maintenance, but clean & friendly more than made up for any deficiency.
I've used other Green Bay sites that were costlier but no better really.
Clean, quiet, easy access from town, huge parking areas, Starbucks from 6am to noon, very spacious bathroom & shower, nice hallways devoid of odors, entrance doors with working card access heat/ac unit was not noisy, modern heat controls. If you don't need brand new everything it is a wonderful stay. I'll be returning.
