last time we tried to go there they said they were out of chicken, out of potatoes, and out of corn, but offered us bowls. It was 9:20 p.m. and they close at 10. we drove away hungry. since they had no food to offer us. I called the next day and spoke to the manager who rudely told me that "no one has ever complained before" and that the lobby closes at 9, only drive thru is open til 10. (no explanation for the lack of food to serve.) I am apparently a glutton for punishment though, and tried to go there again today. At 6:00 p.m. when the lobby is very much open on a Saturday, we are informed they are "all out of dark meat." No offer was made to cook more. At 6:00 p.m. we are unable to order any of the large or family meals. 6:00 p.m. We will never be back for a third try. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Their services are getting better. Faster drive thru times and lobby as well. The facilities are a bit cleaner now as well. I've notice they have a few new crew people. They got rid of the bad ones which is a plus!

Good food for money. Need better cutlery. Dining area needs attention. Don't eat at this location though.

Kudos to the manager that was on last Saturday evening. She was like a drill sergeant
running the line in a polite way. Everyone on here is complaining about the slow service. We watched them making our food FRESH, breading and all. Chicken and fish need to cook longer....unless of course you want salminella. The food was so hot we had to let it cool. I'd rather that over some dried out soggy food that sat under warmers for an hour or two. We were only there 30 mins total if that and we dined in. If speed is what you want then a Hot N Ready from Little Caesar's is probably the way to go. Haha. We enjoyed our meal and will be back again!

Love kfry. Pretty good combos. Tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Taste great though.
