Restaurant a huge disappointment. They told us for dinner if we ordered off the menu it would be at least an hour wait because they have a ton of room service orders, but the pasta buffet is open.... well the pasta bar looked dried up. Then for breakfast we wanted an omelette but again told us it would be a really long wait because of room service orders and we are better off eating the buffet....waterpark was fun. Game room also.

The location is great, the hotel needs some renovations for a more updated look. The water park was fine, but many of the things in there needed some minor repairs and with some simple updating would be great. The rooms were nice, but it is either hot or cold in the room no nice warm temperatures which again could be fixed with a simple upgrade. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and it still never was so we had to go get our own towels. Staff was pretty nice

Great location! Very close to Lambeau Field. The hotel is older and it shows in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. The hotel rooms are average or below. The bar and restaurant have decent food but service in the bar was slow. We ordered room service breakfast and that came very quickly. Staff on duty were friendly and helpful. Water park is geared towards younger kids, but there are two hot tubs that are adult friendly. One is outside, which is a unique in the winter.

Service was amazing stayed in room 102...good rooms for the price can't beat the water park in Green Bay. Had a light out in our room maintenance came and fixed it immediately. Clean rooms overall great experience. Only hitch was that the game room games ate a lot of my tokens but attendants are good about honoring games that malfunction.

Very pleasant facility and kind staff, my daughter dog and I have had a great time playing in the waterpark and ironically enough it's an exact replica of another I have stayed at which is nice! Thank you very much for the hospitality! It's been a long time since I have been able to somewhat relax, so from the bottom of my heart and the 🦅 tier ta boot is amazing thus far. Wish I knew someone to fit in with but seems to be bubble operated still so going to be praying that they get some clear concise knowledge! Go Pack Go!

So far not impressed. Hallways are muggy, and it hits you as you exit the room. The door took some fanagling. Didn't open well. TV didn't function for first 2 hrs. Maintenance was"unavailable". There doesn't seem to be an actual pool available in the waterpark. The lazy River and splash pad are great for small children, but I saw many parents sitting on the sidelines. Only one restaurant on site, unlike other resorts we've stayed at, so we ventured out for food. I don't believe I will return when there are better values the same distance from me.

Everything was clean and nice. Kids really enjoyed seeing all of the animals throughout, as well as the pool area. Had an issue with a room above use running back and forth for almost three hours. Didn't complain at first, because children get excited. After we tried, and failed, to call the front desk, my wife went upstairs and was told they have already had complaints about them and were working on it. After contacting the front desk two more times, we were asked if we wanted to move since the other guests had sleeping children...two of my three children were sleeping....Was then told the front desk would call back, which they never did. Maybe it was a bad night for the workers, with other issues going on, but was enough if an unpleasant experience to have me write it out.

The only positive part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff at the front desk were. My bed was caved in in the middle our first night, so they moved us to a new room and gave us vouchers for food and drinks and tokens for the arcade which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant had two servers, with only four tables of people and for some reason the two were not able to keep up at all. Waited forever for drinks and food. Our burgers were very overdone, burnt even. When we tried to go to the bar for drinks later, the bartender said she needed to leave and that she could not stay because her shift was done. It was only 9pm so I thought that was strange. She was also obviously drunk or high based on the way she spoke and acted. I work in a restaurant connected to a hotel and am generally very understanding as a customer, but the quality of service at the restaurant/bar was awful.

My daughter and I we're in room 229 and we were super disappointed. Upon entering we gave it a lookover and there was garbage on the floor! Also, the towel rack was hanging off of the wall. We walked down to the front desk to let them know this and they didn't care- they " took note of it" I really didn't think that was a good way to handle it if you want people to return. The bedding was very uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. Children we're running through the halls all hours of the night and no one enforced the " no running" rules. This is a cool place to bring the family but for the price and the uncleanliness- we will skip it next time and stay somewhere else. I was shocked that the front desk workers didn't offer a discount or even a room change. Sad!!!

Enjoyed our stay- our 2 year old had an especially fun time. Wedding Saturday was nice. Room was arranged nicely with separated seating area. Did spot one big spider alive and one dead centipede in the room but near the window (we were on tje first floor). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a pleasant stay!
