We stayed on the 21st floor with a view to the falls which was absolutely amazing! Had a great time. Although, didn't expect that we would have to pay for parking as we had purchased a whole package. But otherwise, great experience!

We went to the Italian restaurants at the Sheraton hotel for dinner last evening. We had a great time over there. The food was great and the service was excellent. It also has great view outside of the window. I can't wait to come back there again. The only problem we had was it's very hard to find a parking.

Went for a overnight birthday get away. The room was Amazing with a fantastic view of the falls, absolutely beautiful. The electric fireplace was unexpected and a very nice touch. Check-in was a breeze, everyone was very helpful and made us feel like special guests. We really enjoyed our time in Niagara falls and Sheraton on the Falls played a major role in that. I Will be highly recommending to all of my friends and family!

I am currently a volunteer for a conference at the Sheraton and the hotel staff have been outstanding. They are friendly and they are diligent. The experience has been extremely satisfying so far. The hotel is in a decent location too, although the parking is a bit difficult to locate. The overall experience has been wonderful thus far. I cannot comment on the overnight-stay experience but my friends have said it was nice.

What a nice hotel! Great views. Good customer service. Room was beautiful. Close to all attractions. Family friendly. Very good price! We will return! Very happy with this hotel

Location was excellent. Had a great view of the falls. Rooms were well kept. Reception was super friendly. Not to mention you've got everything you can think of attached to the hotel (casino, restaurants, arcade, ice cream, Starbucks etc). I would definitely stay here again!

Located right down town close to everything. Don't even need to go outside to get to the hard Rock Cafe and the casino. Parking was pretty confusing to find. They also lost our reservation. We still got our room, but check in took a lot longer than originally expected. Rooms were clean, views were good too.

We had our Christmas party here. View from the rooms was excellent! Staff were friendly. Hard Rock Cafe staff went out of their way to seat us all and our waitress was awesome. Food and service at Massimo was extraordinary!

Very nice hotel with great views! The spa was beautiful! I had a deep tissue massage that was life changing! Close to the major attractions on the hill. A bit of a walk to the falls, but a worthwhile one. Very satisfied!

This hotel is big. The room has beds and some shows Niagara Falls view. It has a big bedroom and the view and the bathroom has stuff for guests there to use for free. Supplies are there for us for free. It's cool. Also the beds are perfect! One bed fits two people. Or probably three! The service is good and amazing! Also they have an arcade there and also other things as well. I would recommend it to tourists that visit Niagara Falls. This is the Sheraton On The Falls Hotel!
