Smoke free! Great place. Games were fun. Room was very nice. Food at restaurant was delicious. All host and security we're very polite. We will come back soon.

I will NEVER return. My friend and I were told that the slot machine was too loud and had to turn it down. The person who complained was a person working in the player's club. My friend complained to the manager and was told that no one had the right to tell us to turn the slot machine down.
A group of 20 members are going with me to Biloxi next month. I am paying their way with the understanding that no one can go to the Palace Casino. You have lost a customer at this mediocre casino.
The response from the owner was the exact same response my friend received. Its is just an automated response. No real concern for the patrons.

Very clean, staff is super nice and accommodating. Food is good, rooms are very nice & comfortable and best part is no lingering cigarette smell! Seems to be the only casino that doesnt smell like smoke no matter where you go.

Went to the new contact Lounge to enjoy a New Orleans Saints game. Lots of TVs and the food was really good and it was not overpriced. The servers are very prompt and very attentive. One of the best things here is that there's no smoking. Will definitely go back to enjoy some gambling & sporting events.

I really like the Palace Casino and Resort I love that there's no smoking it made for a much more pleasant experience. The blackjack tables and craps tables where amazing the dealers were awesome. It was my first time gambling at the casino and they helps me as much as they could without a play the games before I got started very clean Hotel very clean casino floor one of my favorites.

Great location with amazing views of the gulf. The pier behind it is a half mile long and you can watch the sunset. The buffet has a wide variety of foods and everything I tried was delicious. Casino wise it was very clean and the staff were always friendly. My room was huge, comfortable bed and nice pillows. The other casinos are close by also.

I Always play here since it's the Only "Smoke Free" casino on the Coast (for now). The rooms are pretty simple and the pool area is a Long Walk and the fitness center is more like a tiny closet but if ur only there to gamble, those things won't concern you. Smoke Free is Awesome!👍

Overall, I really like the Palace Casino. The casino is itself is very nice. I LOVE that it is smoke free. It's actually pleasant to be inside versus choking on the smoke.
This was the first time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is nice. The bathroom was beautiful. It's also secure in that you must have your room key to use the elevator to access the rooms. The only issue I had with the room is that we could hear everything in the hallway. Saturday night it sounded like there was a party in the hallway but Sunday night was nice and quiet. Other than that, was a great place to stay!

A great place to stay! The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. The casino is smoke free and very clean. There weren’t a ton of people the weekend we were there, so we never had to wait anywhere we went. We can’t wait to return!
