Bad margaritas! Bad food! Waste of money . And manager suggested it was my problem . Said chili reillano is supposed to be mushy. And no cheese on enchiladas normal. Not much flavor.
Food is almost as bad as the non existent service. Waitress would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. More workers than customers, yet it still took 20 minutes to get a soda refill. I love the Santa Fe and all the other restaurants in this casino. This place is a disgrace. Manager of this restaurant should be fired. Bad management, bad employees, bad food.
Servers / Hostesses are always kind, accommodating, and greet with a smile. The food is delicious. The chilli reano is so so good! Complimentary chips (which also come with 3 different dips) are made in-house, which is a fun old-school way to begin a fiesta-type meal. For a casino resturant, the ambiance is about as good as it gets for mid-priced fare (most entrees are $12 - $16). Great place off the strip, (ie: close to home base) to take the annual out-of-towners who come visit "...because you're in Vegas!"
Good Mexican restaurant to go to. Got a quick drink from the bar to past time. I ordered the Paloma. It’s a tequila based cocktail made with grapefruit soda. I also added salt to the rim of the glass because tequila can have a strong tase. The bar was very clean and the bartender was very nice.
