The hotel is nice enough but lacks refinement. The coffee is poor, the service is quite slow, the menu is like a trucker's rest stop - all greasy grills and meat pizzas.

Only option around otherwise wouldn’t chose to stay here. Staff was nice but the place was run down and dirty mold in the shower, sheets stained and the pool was really dirty. The food buffet was good and staff was friendly

I never actually stayed in the hotel but did several day trips there during my stay in Swaziland. This place is awesome. Decent size casino. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Very relaxing place. The restaurant has amazing food at very decent prices. Day visitors can also make use of the pool for a cost of R24pp. The massage therapist is excellent. There's a jungle gym for kids outside.

The hotel is in a perfect position, surrounded by a magnificent natural environment. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. The hotel is very old fashion and in need urgent renovation, so expect a plunge in an '80s athmosphere. But I had a nice stay.
