First visit. Wasn't too impressed. Walked in with $60. 45 minutes later walked out with 0. Was never apprpached asking if I need a drink or help or change or anything. Was quite uncomfortable.

Food has been terrible lately and when I complained to the manager he argued with me and then I was asked leave. I have never been to a casino and been treated so poorly. It is just as far for me to go to Win River as it is to go to Pit River... From here forward my money will be spent enjoying the Momosa Brunch with fabulous food at Win River and forget Pit River exists. I like red carpet treatment as opposed to second class service with reprehensible management.

I love the food. The prices are extremely reasonable. The staff personnel are all very kind, helpful and welcoming.

Hey what happened? This was such a well kept little spot but today there was NO toilet seat protectors in either stall of the ladies bathroom and no hand sanitizer at the front door to use while leaving. I am so disappointed. I can deal with not winning more than 12 cents on the slots but not having personal sanitation items is a must. Please fix these simple issues.

Walked into their restaurant and waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Three employees including the manager made eye contact but chose the lean on the bar instead of seating customers.

Who gives a customer 2 crusts for their toasts.!!!!?????.. food overall ok but place needs a good scrub very grubby chairs and sticky tables... could be a great diner. Change the suger service has and spoon far too messy and unhygynic . Might call again to see if my comments noted or replied too

Went over tonight @ 10:30..... they close @ 12:00. So over there for a hour & half. In that short of time i lost $260. Im not a max better, just one up from minimum bet. .80 - $1 bet. I played one machine, after $130, it did NOT go into the bonus once. Played the leopardcon machine, betting $1.20. It went into bonus 2 times & gave the most of $10.20 out of 8 spins........ WAY TO TIGHT..... haven't won anything there for a long time....... The ONLYbest damn machine there is the ATM, (which charges a ridiculous $3.50 for their service, the most i've ever seen, yet). Can't even go kick it for a bit, in this little town & have fun, without spending a fortune!!!! Time to boycott this place for a good long time!!!!😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 !!!!!
