So usually Anthony's is amazing. My family and I have eaten there tons. But the last visit wasn't awesome. My mom and I ate there for dinner one night and our food was awful. I had a ton of salt dumped on my already cooked and battered fish. You could actually see piles of salt. And her sample platter was cold and greasy. Like I said, usually they're food is fantastic so we just figured it was because they were insane busy that night.

I would love to thank ANTHONY’S at Point Defiance waterfront for the gracious and wonderful service that they have given me over the past seven to eight Sundays. I would love to give a shout out to my Ben because I always asked for his section and he is gracious , wonderful and he is marvelous. I give a shout out to the Chefs for all the good food they prepare for me. I thank you so very much for your service ANTHONY’S over the years that you have been on the waterfront.

Our server Jesse was great! very attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was great but only thing I'd be picky is the coleslaw didn't have enough dressing. Thanks for a delicious meal!

At the last minute after leaving the Point Defiance Zoo, my son decided he didn't want pizza, he wanted nuggets and fries. Anthony's was the closest spot and I assumed he and his younger sister would find something and the wife and I could get some seafood.
No chicken fingers on the kids menu. This is not a bad thing. My 8 year old son decided on the kids salmon with broccoli and fries. He ate it all. There is something to be said about a restaurant that can offer grilled salmon on the kids menu and pull it off in a fantastic way. My daughter (2 years) was happy with her grilled cheese and fries.
Seafood platter was great, mahi tacos also very tasty. A bit of chowder and a beer and the meal.was complete.and satisfying.
Staff was friendly and attentive but not too in your face. Very clean, and the open concept kitchen was nice. Great views of the water.
We look forward to returning in warmer weather for an outdoor meal.

Today I had the privilege of having the amazing Wendy during my late lunch experience. Wendy is an all time pro. She does e everything with attention to every detail without being intrusive with an unflinching effortless precision that makes every visit worthwhile. This is as good as it gets. Anthony's is lucky to have Wendy.

Sunday was our first visit to the Point Defiance Anthony's. We arrived around 6:30 and only waited for about 10 minutes before taking a seat.
We were greeted by Josh Z, our server. We had our youngest daughter with us and he immediately was joking around with her which made her feel great.
Josh was friendly, fast, accurate in getting all details of our orders. He suggested some options and the food arrived pretty quickly.
While we waited for our food, the views were spectacular from every seat in the restaurant. Seals popped up, kayaks glided by, the Vashon Ferry arrived and left, and Mt. Rainier was out and visible larger than life.
Thank you Anthony's for such a great ending to a nice family day at the zoo! We have found a favorite place.

I have been to Anthony's for real celebration dinners and they do any occasion justice. This visit I was in the ferry line to Vashon Island. The ferry left filled with me first line for the next boat. I walked to Anthony's got a pint of local ale and an excellent Salmon burger, had time to consume them and walk back to my truck before the ferry got back. They will make a To go plate of you have less time than I did, I imagine you could phone in an order and take it back to your car if you have less time than i did. ANTHONY'S has several locations in the Puget sound area and the food, service and ambience are excellent. I ordered in the bar.the barber was very efficient he went and got my order to expedite my visit. I apologize but I may have forgotten his name, Justin?

A small chain of restaurants, apparently, with pretty good food. The tacos carnitas were better than average, and the pimento dish was worthy of the Clean Plate Club. The servers in the Ruston location answered questions about the menu well and kept our drinks filled without prompting.

Hit or miss. 2 for 1 burgers on Wednesday which is nice! The burger is definitely the best thing on the menu. Salads are okay. The service is not the best. Recomend sitting outside or at the bar. Beer selection is also limited.
