Bad attitude Hostesses
When there are empty table and no one is waiting. If you come in then the hostess will not let you sit down. She will come in and yell at you (this is instead of giving you a menu) She will tell you to get out and then call security on you! THE OFFENSE IS YOU SAT DOWN AND SHE DIDN'T WANT YOU TO!

Went for breakfast and was all the way disappointed. First off, we had an extremely long wait after ordering (and we were the only ones waiting to get served). During the wait, not once did the waitress come and check on us; and didn't offer us drinks until right before the food came out. Now the food LOOKED very tasty, but looks can be deceiving. The steak was tougher than leather (I ordered medium). The hash browns tasted like shredded cardboard. The scrambled eggs were good. My sister's friend let me try their pancakes and they were THE WORST I've ever tasted! I will never go here for food again, that is for sure.

Machines are crappy. New ones don't pay well. Old ones are broken. Need to do like they did in the past and care more about their players winning a reasonable amount of the time. Greedy owners I guess.

Locals favorite. Non-smoking gambling area with its own air-conditioning system. Free cocktails served and great promotional offers for players' card members.

it is a good place to come and spend money and time but employees need to get better customer service training enployess have no customer service knowledge at all.
