Well since google asked me to write a review everybody is very friendly i had a pleasant time while i here for an hour i got refreshments but sadly left with no winnings today

The hotel offers many different rooms. It has a clean well maintained pool. The restaurants offer great food at reasonable rates and everything is handicap accessible. The game floor is clean.

Was at the Casino on Sunday and Monday Had a wonderful time. Food was very good and staff was so friendly. And helpful. Slots were fun to play.

We stayed here with our 2 free nights for the month and had a fabulous time. Beth in guest services (club desk) helped us each time we went up. She was so kind, courteous, and friendly, we look forward to seeing her each time we visit . Shes definitely a keeper! Bobbie also in the bingo hall is always so helpful when we have questions or just gives is tidbits of info for coming back the next day for bingo. It's nice to see friendly, familiar faces when we come visit.

We stay here often when we need to get out of town for a night. Springs waiting staff always wonderful SUPER OVERPRICED but wonderful. It's that flamers or flames staff that's always rude. Especially with room service orders! The girl that answered the phone was absolutely rude. If you guys are that unhappy of a person don't choose a restaurant position. People's kids are always slamming doors in the hall or running around unattended parents leaving their kids in the pool unattended too!

My first impression of the casino was that it was small and not unlike other northern Wisconsin casinos. After being there for several hours however, I found it to be very quaint and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was positive. The slot machines were extremely tight, but that's nothing new for any Wisconsin casino. The craps table was half-sized, but new and the dealers were very friendly. Overall, I would say this was the nicest experience I've had at a Wisconsin casino and its top rating for this kind of venue on Google Places is well deserved!

Booked a room for a special winter event...was supposed to get robes with stay. No robes and no courteous call that they were out of them. Ended up leaving without staying due to other hotel guests swearing and screaming at their children out in the hallway. Wasn't given a refund...wasted money.

Of this is a great place! It's easy to get, wonderful staff, and a great variety of gaming machines. The hotel room is very clean, nicely appointed,comfortable bedding. I had a great night sleep.
