I'm giving it 1 start because the coffee is free.. This is the WORST casino I have ever been to.. You are better off giving your money to a charity if you just want to throw it away.. New owners are buying it in the fall. Hopefully they have their patrons at heart and not just their wallets..

Do your self a favor and read the reviews on Brew Brothers! They are accurate. Worst service I've ever had. Waited for ever for drinks,food. Wish there was a negative ⭐ because that's what I would use.. Run as fast as you can and don't look back!!!!!!!

Went to Brew Brothers for dinner. Waited about 15 minutes before a waiter stopped and asked if we had anyone check on us. He then said he would be our waiter. It wasn't overly busy. Finally placed our drink and food order. About an hour later and still no food. Our waiter apologized and gave us another drink on him. Our food finally came. Unfortunately, my husband chicken was not done. The waiter went to his manager. We ended up with no check. 😁 Our waiter was fantastic but, the kitchen needs some work. We did inform the waiter that we did appreciate him checking on us and apologizing for our crappy dinner. He received a great tip!

Love this casino. I thought I lost $ in a machine. The staff came over to assist me. Turns out it was my own mistake and I put the wrong ticket into it. They were very nice about the whole thing. I felt pretty stupid for my mistake but they laughed it off and said it happens more often then I would think.

Very smoky, smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There was only 1 place that was open 4 lunch and u were forced to eat at Brew Brothers upstairs which in the past I enjoyed but this time food was sub par. Would enjoy it better here if they had wheel-of-fortune game here not the video version which this Casino prefers. Very few old style slots mostly video. Left the house with over $300.00 ahead was happy about that but once again if u don't smoke it's overwhelming. Maybe the exhaust system was down that day, can't say. 3-stars for smokeyness,food selection / places to eat and slot selection, to much video style slots.

So appreciate the non smoking slots area. Would be great if area expanded. Free self serve non alcoholic beverages. Very friendly staff!

Really smoke filled and very crowded. When you find an open spot you pretty much have to take it and not move. Veterans and military get free parking. Players club gives you a little free money to spend on your birthday as well.

Bad. Period. Inattentive staff. Machines that do not recognize Player Club cards any better than 30 percent of the time. Machines that fail to load the game and you press the call for service and wait half an hour at your machine for assistance. Buffet BLOWS... you order your damn drink at the register- what a way to SLOW DOWN a line. Then your Players Club Card is not credited with JACK even when you spent $68 on it. Customers stay AWAY. Salamanca Niagara Falls Vegas AC. Any of them is a better choice on their very worst day.

I had a large party at Brew Brothers. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious! The managers always answered any questions I had quickly as we went through the planning process. I would definitely plan another party at Brew Brothers! So very accommodating, patient, friendly, caring. I also want to mention the bartender did an outstanding job as well!!

My very favorite casino. So many of the staff across departments are friendly and helpful. Staff at the Host Desk are remarkably good at making your experience as smooth as possible. Food is delicious, but sometimes kitchen service is slow and a bit unorganized. New menu items such as the meatloaf dinner and the chicken pot pie are worth trying.
