Buen hotel con buenos precios en Costa Rica, en el centro de la ciudad y con acceso al mercado y área comercial. Desayuno internacional y local incluido en la reserva de la habitación atención de todo el personal muy buena ayuda para localizar transportes y tur. Hotel limpio, bien ubicado, excelente trato.

Asistí a un curso en este hotel. El salón de clase estaba bien acondicionado y con una temperatura agradable, el espacio bien distribuido y muy cómodo. He asistido a cursos en hoteles cercanos y me parece que este es el que ofrece las mejores instalaciones para este tipo de actividad. El trato del personal es bueno. El único aspecto en el que este hotel no está bien es con la comida, la calidad no es buena, otros hoteles cercanos ofrecen un menú más variado y platillos mejor preparados tanto para el almuerzo como para el café. El hotel está en una ubicación de fácil acceso tanto si viene en carro como en trasporte público.

The hotel front desk staff at this hotel are the most rude customer service representatives that I have ever encountered. We stayed here twice during our trip to Costa Rica. We thought it would be a good experience, based on the fact it is a 4 star hotel. We will never be staying here again. The day shift and night shift front desk employees never smiled during our interactions. They both acted like helping us was a burden to them. When we arrived employees stood around outside and in the lobby, but none of them helped us with our bags as we lugged them up the steep staircase going into the hotel. The front desk employees never said please or thank you. They just demanded information from us (passports, travel vouchers, etc.) in a very aggressive way. I have stayed in 2 star hotels with much better service than this.

Accomadation was clean but misleading on free airport shuttle,make sure to make airport shuttle reservation 24hrs in advance,otherwise they will charge u $32 each way for a 15 minute ride.It is best to use an uber for $10 if u have to pay for transportation.

Today I attend an event at this hotel for about 12 hours, my experience begin with parking my car, there are several parking lots near the hotel, I used the one in front at the corner, it costs 1000 colones per hour ( fortunately at the even they gave tickets to claim a for free parking the whole day yupi:)!!! ), At the hotel I went to the conference room and was as any other conference room at any other hotel, they have very good service, food is not bad, but elevators looks old but they are very fast. Overall a very nice experience. BTW, executive lunch buffet is really good.

Reat hotel. Clean. Some rooms have great views of San Jose. Beds are comfortable. Food in tbe restaurant is delicious. Service workers are polite and helpful.

Good option near the main park, downtown! Rooms where large, prices very good. Food/Restaurant above par for a hotel in this region. Small bar does a good job and has large TV’s. This is a very good business hotel or for a quick stay in the city, older but very good for the price. Parking safe and free!

Hotel is good..premium rooms are very spacious and have nice view. Staff is very helping.
