This was hands down a 5 star experience. Jackie was so welcoming and got us a table even though we were there an hour before our reservation time. Shane gave us amazing service and the food was soooo good. We will definitely be back!

What ever you do don't joke with the male hostess he has no sense of humor. We went there Tuesday night 7pm. We did not make a reservation thinking it would not be to crowded. Hostess' asked did we have a reservation we joked with him and said no but it looks like there is plenty of room. He said it is not the room it is that the kitchen gets backed up so that is why you need reservations.
He then took us to a table ( there were only 3 other tables that were occupied). He said is this OK I asked could we sit in the booth he said No those are reserved. Well the next guests that were seated by the lady asked to sit in the same booth and she said OH No problem.
On a good note our waiter was great as well as the food.

This is a fine dinning restaurant. Excellent wine selection and a wide variety of dinning choices, including a magnificent elk filet.

It was our first time in Blackhawk and we stayed at ISLE Casino. My wife wanted a nice dinner and she chose Farraddays last night, Friday Jan. 26th for dinner. Patrick was our waiter and how lucky were we to have such an amazing waiter!!! He made us laugh and made sure anything we asked for was at our table. Your restaurant is lucky to have such a courteous and great waiter as your employee!! Please thank him again for the excellent service, we will definately be back no doubt about it. Both of our dinners, appetizers and sides we excellent, thank you.....👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great steaks and good food. The food was a solid 4 stars. High quality steaks with a great selection of sauces and good side items. Very high end atmosphere typical of a nice steakhouse. Full service bar with handcrafted cocktails. Very large wine selection. Expect to spend about $60/pp with a drink. It wasn't the best steak I've had, but certainly worthy of a good meal.
