Horrible casino, rude staff, no perks or giveaways- STAY FAR AWAY!
If you feel like being robbed blind you’ll have more fun if you go out on the town & blow all of your money. Just don’t come here expecting to win! I’ve been to all the NY area Casino’s & this one is BY FAR THE WORST! It’s dirty, they don’t offer any perks except free parking (however your car will be used as a toilet be warned), & the ALL COMPUTERIZED GAMES ARE SET ON ‘SUCKER.’ I swear I went there with $700 & lost it all in under an hour! The Blackjack tables are the absolute worst, I lost 12 hands in a row which mathematically IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE! I checked the odds on my phone & it came up as 1 IN 500,000! Those are the real odds- and I was not alone- I was playing with 5 others who ALL LOST A COMBINED $2,900! The MACHINES ARE ALL RIGGED HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO A REAL CASINO WHERE YOU CAN HAVE FUN AND HAVE ANY CHANCE OF WINNING!
Don’t believe all of the fake reviews on here, this place needs to be shut down for the horrible fraud they are committing! Stop the phony reviews, it’s all ludicrous this place is where dreams go to die!!!

If you make it out with $ WATCH OUT. This place is mess. The danger level is about a million. DARK PARKING LOTS, FAR FAR AWAY from the casino. .No security outside at all. No parking lot lights or security. Shady shady shady. Casino was about a 3 in terms of any jackpots. I think Florida is a better bet, at least there are rules and safety. GET IT TOGETHER NY!

Decent as far as casinos goes. Only computerized table games such as blackjack, roulette and craps and the rest are slots. Parking is easy and cheap. Middle grade options for dining and the facility is clean. It is definitely the last place that should be on anyone's list if their looking for a real casino experience.

This place is always lively! Visited twice so far and ive been lucky on my second visit 😊 there is a food court and a bar and sometimes live entertainment if you're just there to relax. Staff is courteous. Environment is tidy. Transportation is accessible at the entrance as you step out.

Really nice, big happening Casino.
Lots of machines, lots of parking and a fun place. At 360 Bar also had appearing same great band as Empire City, The Guss Hayes Band.
When you join Rewards club you spin a wheel and I got $20 free playing with my card!

nice atmosphere. plenty parking outside as well as paid parking indoors. great views of the horse track. Excellent bar service.. lots and lots of gambling machines. very clean place.

Used to be a great casino. No longer the same. They’ve gotten 2 greedy now. They are going to have to start paying up or they are going to end up with an empty casino. All those machines are RIGGED, sometimes it feels like someone else is playing it for you. If any machine is even paying any money out of the sudden it breaks down for no reason or if you hang around long enough it will take you for everything you have plus more and no matter how much you put in it you will never make any money out of this place if you do they will follow you around until you leave it all back to them. Before, they used to give free play without you spending any money which was great, nice incentive to bring you in, now you have to spend at least $50 to $100 to get just a few bucks. I Don’t recommend this place. Most people leave this place as if they just came out of a funeral that’s how bad it is.

The staffs are pretty cool, they have pretty decent food there. The place itself is nice from outside to inside. It’s also well kept, the bathroom are nice and clean. Place is a nice size and people do win money here my friend came up with some high cash. There’s lot of space for parking.

Pleasant atmosphere...but rarely see any staff (waiters) many people were sitting at machines not playing just taking up seats. I went too the casino grand opening and it was free shuttles and waiters serving juice and coffee all the machines worked and were very clean... now it's 8-10 dollars too get the shuttle, no complimentary beverages, dirty ripped up seats and machines that don't work and it's darker (lighting must be a problem) and it's much hotter than before absolutely no air conditioning. Was so disappointed I only stayed 1hr compared too staying 4-5hrs a while back

This casino straight out just rob people. As soon as you walk in you see all the depressing faces of people who lost their hard working money. I believe there is a reason for not having live dealers and real card games. This is because eletronic gaming makes It much easier to rob you. Never going back here again.
