Absolutely horrible, you can't even get a drink after sitting 3 hours , I refuse to go bk , I spend tons of money I sit for hours ask for a drink they claim they are coming bk but never do ,Managers walked by i asked them they claimed they would send someone right out that never ever happened, Its truly sad we sit for hours without a Drink! I know this response wont go anywhere but I won't spend my money at this place anymore!!!!

The casino it self is nice and a good variety of slot machines and tables. The bars are terrible. Every time I have been here I have waited over 15 minutes for a drink. This last time a young bar manager came and took the only bartender on our side of the bar and put all three bartenders on the other side while we all stood and waited for drinks. And their were at least 3 gentlemen standing behind the bar talking.When the bar is that busy they should have helped not just stood there and watched. I like the casino but apparently the bar needs some help.

Nicely located in Schenectady NY. Beautiful inside and out. Many slots and hame tables to play on. Good service on the girls with the drinks any service you need when your at the slot machines. New hotels all along the casino road. Plus the river front for your boats to moor as your bet or stay the night.
Many group and meeting specials here.

This place has gone down hill lately. I will not be back. They should just put a sign on the front door thanking you for your donation. They dont even offer good promotions or free slot play anymore. I'll go elsewhere, where they make me feel appreciated for my time and money.

Its nice to have a casino with tables to enjoy so close by. I went on a Friday night to play and enjoy the atmosphere. The dealers were friendly and engaging. Live music was playing with a dance floor. My only complaint was that that the waitress delivering drinks to the tables served me something terrible and definitely not the nearly neat Dewars that I had ordered. That was upsetting, but not a deal breaker for attending again.

It is small, but I love that they have table games and you don't need your running shoes to get from one place to another. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Odd that every other review but mine received a personal response. Not that one is necessary but it is a nice touch.
Heading back in a few weeks to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. Looking forward to it and based on all the other more recent reviews I think it will be a great trip.
