My wife and I would go to the casino just for the purpose of eating here. We haven’t been there in awhile so we decided to go today. We were highly disappointed. The cheese sauce for the fries has changed and it does not taste well with the fries. I ended up eating the fries without the sauce. The burgers had no taste to them and the buns were dry and on the stale side. We will not be eating there again anytime soon.
We are going to miss eating here.

The burgers so damn delicious. Build em any way u want. They r huge n juicy. Can't go wrong by adding some chz fries to ur order. And if need isn't ur thing they also have chicken sandwiches along with other great options. Double wut u would pay at ur average fast food burger restaurant...but u r getting more than double in the quality and size.

They have issues cooking burgers. Just had a raw burger served to me. Not a little pink. But red and cold in the center. Disgusting. Manager apologized but i have now lost my appetite.

It's easy to find good burgers anywhere in the USA, and this is another joint. Real taste of meat and juicy fillings. They have various choices of burgers and you can make your burger choosing the toppings. It's located inside the Rivers Casino near O'Hare Airport, so if you want a bite while gambling or are staying in an hotel around (that was my case), it's a good choice. Fast service, nice value and a little bottle of water as courtesy.

Decent clean place appears overpriced until you realize most people in line are getting their food comped (including me) either thru gambling awhile or mailed out players club coupons. Burgers are very good and big but they love to load on the saucy gloppy stuff. Sometimes I need to be hosed down after eating here, haha. Great onion rings, good interesting flavor-of-the-month shakes. Thickest, meatiest bacon ever on a burger, and if you like blue cheese, they gotcha' covered.

Great restaurant in Rivers casino. I've eaten here a few times and have tried different sandwiches every time. So far everything has been great. Excellent ranch also.
