Riverwind is a more modern casino. Restrooms are always clean. The cocktail waitresses are good at getting you drinks and are friendly. The gaming floor is kept extremely clean. The ventilation is good for none smokers. The slots are extremely tight! The players club employees could use some additional customer service training. Management does not respond to customer concerns or issues, expect for a general email.

The casino is nicer the the rest of them in the area but the slots are tighter. We call it never win for a reason. Lol it really is so nice place though

Their restrooms and beverage machines are all over the place so your not having to walk far. There are plenty of tables and machines to play at and has a great variety of food courts! Plenty of staff and for someone who likes to drink while they play plenty of staff walk around giving drinks and security was wonderdul!

Wow where to begin, seafood night Saturdays night hands down delicious. So worth the price. Card member 6$ discount, staff member are helpful, friendly and content. Cleanliness of food bar, silverware, tables and floor. Plenty of slot machines, daily drawing, ATM machine, and clean restrooms. Free play to new card members. You well differently enjoy your night. Great Casino with pleasant friendly staff. I've done very well at times here as far as payout and I've done not so well at other times. But that's why they call it gambling, win some u lose some. Great variety of games various food places to choose from. They have a sit down restaurant, a buffet and they have a food court as well. They also have tons of different venues throughout the year. Great casino, I give it 4 stars!

Great experience for gamblers regarding atmosphere and ambiance, but as far as winning that’s a toss up. I only deducted a star because I’ve never won that much, just a little here and there. I’ve never won any jackpots or anything and I even know a lot of people that go so far as to nickname the casino “Neverwin.” But that said, it is called “gambling” so I can’t be too mad at that! The experience is extremely fun and it’s a huge place, with tons of slots and table games to choose from. They have a great bar, a great range of restaurants from Burger King, to pizza, to a buffet they just renovated called “The Willows,” and a pub-style sit down restaurant called “Chips & Ale.” There’s even an event venue and a hotel attached to the casino.

Riverwind, has decent entertainment, an okay buffet, fast food options to eat, poker tables to enjoy, and plenty of casino machines to play. I've been gambling for years, and finally received my first jackpot here! God is good! Most of the time, it's hard to win anything here, even "free spins". Overall, the casino is pretty decent, and their staff is really good. Hope all who read this enjoy themselves, and many blessings to you.

I live 2 miles from the Newcastle Casino, so my truck automatically pulls in after work. Going to Riverwind is like going to your best friends place for a special occasion. It's glitzy, smells nice, and the food is great! I have lunch with my Dad there often. 90% of the time we win. Getting out the door with it is a different story. Thanks RR

This casino is touted as one of the most rewarding casinos in the central Oklahoma area...I guess that could be subjective! I must agree that Riverwind does offer prime entertainment, excellent food choices, and has a separate poker room for those so inclined. They also have their own hotel available within walking distance.

The variety of games here is impressive. I was also impressed by the amount of floor space and diversity of games covering it. From old pull handle roller slots to the most cutting edge video slots and video poker. Penny slots to high roller (I was playing some $15 bet per game Money Rain and really enjoyed it.). There are also table games, Black jack, 3 card poker, Roullet, Craps. This is a pretty fun place.
