Had dinner at the buffet. Location is great. Casino and buffet is located right by the sea. Really enjoyed the view while having dinner. Food was really fresh and taste was pretty good as well but not much selections.

This isn't a place I would recommend for the price you're paying for a room of two queen beds a night. The water here isn't complementary as it is a whooping 4 dollars. There really isn't anything to do. The lounge is closed at 11 PM, the rooms aren't soundproof so you'll be hearing airplanes throughout the night taking off and landing, the bartenders here can make barely any drinks. There isn't even a laundry mat. for crying out loud.
The only main attraction this place has is sometimes there's World Poker Tour tournaments happening here.

I had a great experience at this resort. The pool was great. It is located close to the Richmond night market, only a 5 minute walk. Service was amazing. My friend waited for 10 minutes when she checked in and they upgraded her to a suite with requesting for it. I would definitely stay here again.

I went there for a convention or event. But I have been other times to enjoy other things. It's probably the biggest places or one of them. Good place to go on the weekends too. I'm not into gambling. But if you do, it's a good place for that.

Nice hotel. We got upgraded room because of a small mistake. Professional. Really friendly and nice service. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and lovely. Suite maintained well and felt very comfortable. Of course the casino is right there. Very fun and won bit of money also maybe because our lucky room number after we were changed for the upgrade 哈哈. I would stay here again and recommend my friends and family to try it out. Actually much better than our downtown experience last year when my car was broken into in our hotel parking lot. Parking service is safe and secure here and location is great for Richmond dining and nightlife fun. Didn't try buffet because we had so much other options to eat but nice service as bonus for hotel stay.

Consistent quality service, food &🤗 cleanliness. Attend many events, functions & meetings here for many years. Helpful staff from valet to security to servers! Lots of fun

This trip was to the buffet but I have stayed here in the past. Beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms however weren't as much due to the terrible air conditioner. Regardless of how cold you set it, it never actually gets cold. The buffet is decent. About the only place to get hot AYCE crab legs.

Hotel was good. We got a free room upgrade to the king size suite. Front desk was great. Quick, smart, and great customer service. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was nice. Carpets seemed somewhat slightly outdated. Casino floor was clean. We had the breakfast buffet. It wasn't really that great. Don't think I can recommend the breakfast buffet.

It's the River Rock, haha. If you're looking to launder money, this the place to be! Its a whole resort village that features multiple eateries, a casino, a hotel, and multiple event areas. Everything is well furnished and taken care of, especially for a place as busy as this. Its quite busy at all times of day, and pushing through throngs of people can become annoying. The decor has a definite northwest coast hearty log cabin feel, yet it's still relatively modern. The staff are a bit older, but friendly and comforting. It's pretty cut and dry, so not much more to it.
