I was on the Anthem of the Seas and it was great! All of the employees were so nice, one employee told me he works 12 hours but he ALWAYS smiled and was very friendly and looked genuinely happy. The ship was so much fun, so many cool things to do, there was so much to do we didn't even have time to do all of it during the 7 day cruise. I would definitely recommend!!

Worst experience booking a cruise !!! Called to have my cruise cancelled and was told it would be done and I would get a confirming email , I left the country for vacation and when I came back I was still getting emails so I called to find out why and was told it was never cancelled! I literally spoke to an agent to cancel the cruise and that person clearly didn't do their job , when the cruise was finally cancelled it was too late and so royal caribbean charged my card 500 ! When I didn't do anything wrong!! Their agent didn't do their job but am being charged!! Then when I tried to get the issue resolved I was told it was a waste of their time to help me. It's been a who month of going back and forth with them now.

Love cruising and made even better by royal Caribbean cruises. Customer service is next to none. The harmony of the seas is amazing

Found the ships to be very clean and well maintained, now I have used them before, and found that their food quality not to be what once was, please stop the free style serving, ot was much better before.

Excursions desk people were extremely rude, and so were the customer service people. Food service and room service on the other hand were excellent. Unfortunately compared to other cruise lines it felt like they were just trying to extract our money instead of providing a great cruising experience:( overall we all felt really duped
