Walked in with my family on a busy Sunday. There was about 50 people inside just eating ice cream. Mind you the place fits only 20 people. Waited In line to get serviced for about 15 min to get asked what would we like to order for the lady behind the counter to just walk away. So Im waiting, to find out what happened. The couple behind us gets serviced and jumps ahead of us. Like Ok now I'm freaking passed. We waited for another 10 min and to noticed another lady kicking everyone out because obviously there were to many people inside. Soon after the same lady asked us what would we like. Like seriously? I would like a manager please. They really don't seem to know how to handle a busy "Benn & Jerry's". Out of all the lady's and men working there she was only young lady working the hardest to serve people. So I told her what happened and she told me. Well that's why I'm servicing you now. I shook my head 😤 and said Ok no problem. She obviously did not care about what had accured and no one seems to want to work and the floor was dirty. Super slow staff and I would never go again with my family.

The best thing about this place is the ice cream. Ben and Jerry’s is delicious. Different flavors, delicious toppings and always fresh. However, the place has poor service, no customer service whatsoever. The place is dirty and the trash can is always overflowing. It seems no manager is around during busy hours, because their is always either a girl or a young male (or both). Also no respect of the line order.

Two stars instead of one because the ice cream was good, but all the rest was a disaster: the crew is not attempted to who is the next customer (no line, a big mess), every single spot excessively dirty (including around the cashier), tables, chairs and walls dirty, restroom out of order, bucket with dirty water in the middle of the salon... If you don't care about the cleanliness maybe this place is not that bad for you. I won't be there again.

TERRIBLE.. NO RESPONSIBILITY HERE.
Went the day before my daughters birthday to order a cake. The young guy at the counter told me I needed to give 48 hour notice to order a cake. So they couldn't do it.
Fine , I told him. What do you have made in large cakes? Only two types left , I picked one told them to write Happy Birthday and my daughters name. He said they couldn't do it till the next day because they had Nothing to write on the cake with.. Go figure..
Fine , I'll pick it up tomorrow on my daughters Birthday. Oh and I had to pay to secure everything.
Fine , I paid. Said I would pick it up at 5: 30 pm. More than 24 hours
Next day I go pick up the cake. Guess What?
NO CAKE
NO WRITING
NO RECORD OF THE ORDER.
I Had to show my receipt to prove what I was saying.
So I had to take what they had nevermind the flavor and THEY STILL COULD NOT WRITE ON THE CAKE.
If it's something as IMPORTANT AS YOUR CHILDS BIRTHDAY DON'T PUT IT IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS.
