We had the worst customer experience with this cruise line. We had booked a cruise for the entire family to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. She ended up getting hospitalized and super sick just a couple of weeks prior to the departure date. Even though we had ALL of the paperwork to back up our medical claim, Royal Caribbean was unwilling to cooperate with us. They were not willing to provide ANY kind of refund or voucher for ANY of the tickets we booked for the cruise. Every airline, every travel carrier makes an exception for medical emergencies, but not these people. Whoever came up with this terrible, inhumane policy at Royal Caribbean--I hope you never have a sick family member and have to deal with this time of terrible customer service as we did.

Absolutely terrible customer service... We have a cruise scheduled for next week and my girlfriends grandfather is in hospice. Seeing as we may have to postpone our trip I called the RC customer service line looking to see what our options were in case we needed to change our plans. I explained our situation to the rep who couldn't have been any less helpful and unfriendly. He preceded to read the cancelation policy to me, which I could have just gone on the website and read myself. Every time I asked if there was any way I could postpone or if I had any other options given the circumstances he just referred me to the "terms & conditions". What's the point of having customer service if you just tell people to read the website?? On top of that, at the end of the call the guy had the nerve to ask if I wanted to add chocolate covered strawberries to my trip! No dude, I'm calling you because I may have to cancel my vacation for a death in the family.. Why tf would I need that?
I've never been on an RC cruise and needless to say, after that experience I don't think I ever will. I've heard plenty of negative things about this cruise line so I can see why they have the rep that they do. If we do have to reschedule our trip it will be on Norwegian.

They short changed my daughters by 1 dollar , but returned it after I made a fuss. The regular coffee had that normal old burnt Dunkcoffee taste!

While this place is incredibly fancy and has fantastic food, I am sad to say that the steak was just not up to my expectations. I asked for my steak medium well, and it was at MOST medium rare if not rare. It was somewhat bland as well. What really set this up to be a four star rating was the sides. Having fantastic lobster mac and cheese (wish there was more lobster though, not much in there), extremely creamy mashed potatoes, tender, yet crunch sautéed broccoli, creamed spinach, and a crispy exterior, tender and soft interior bread, was all fantastic. Those items were incredibly tasty and melt-in-your-mouth. The mussels with chili sauce were good, but seemed to not be that fresh. The desserts were completely worth the entire meal. Delicious mini cinnamon doughnuts with raspberry dressing, cheesecake with an Oreo crust, fantastic dark chocolate coffee cake, and key lime pie all were delicious in their own ways. None was worse than the other. Definitely get desserts when you come.
Overall, really good experience and would come back again solely for the sides and desserts.

I was on the Anthem of the Seas and it was great! All of the employees were so nice, one employee told me he works 12 hours but he ALWAYS smiled and was very friendly and looked genuinely happy. The ship was so much fun, so many cool things to do, there was so much to do we didn't even have time to do all of it during the 7 day cruise. I would definitely recommend!!

Great selection of smoothie and Acai bowls. Wanted to get a juice also but the bowls were very filling. Delicious!

It's not only the freshest and most delicious smoothie bowls I tried in the area, but best personal in Miami. Service in Miami is usually not so great, but boys from Vitality Bowls were the best. I really enjoined my Dragon bowl and Green me up juice, so I picked kiddie size bowl to go. Yum! Highly recommend!

The spinach slad is mediocre for the price, hardly a trace of quinoa, mostly leaves. The added turkey consisted of a few hardly visible strands. I paid $14.00 for this. Overpriced!!!!
