Serenade Casino

Casino host were not very approachable, could not hear announcements but there were not many made. Casino has smoking side and non smoking side. Very cramped with not much walking room between rows of machines so when it is crowded, very difficult to get around,

Extremely cramped! Difficult to get around . Casino host pleasant and sent treats to cabin each day and bottle of Chandon

Never saw a host, the ship was fantastic for service everywhere but the casino! Casino was tight- didn’t see a single handpay during the trip. Did play everyday so spent $$$$ got to play but was never ahead!

Never met a host. Casino was so tight, people were arguing, couldn’t walk between any chairs. Really awful layout. Shop itself is nice, not much to do. Not sure i would recommend it to anyone who wants to gamble.
