This was a terrible experience we drove 3 hours to get here to eat and gamble a bit however we ordered our food then waited an hour to get our food and we only got part of it had to wait another 10 minutes atleast to get the rest by that time.we were so upset we just got in the car and we are now driving 3 hours home. Not a pleasant experience at all not to mention the food wasn't worth the wait either. We asked our waitress why it took so long and she said the kitchen is just slow.

Tried to place an order to go.. wanted to get brisket nachos.. was told i could not order it to-go that is have to be at the restaurant... oook... so I went to the restaurant I tried to order the same thing for to-go and was told that I could not order the brisket nachos to-go that I would have to sit in the restaurant, order my food, then put the food in a to-go box myself...... WHAT?!!!!!! YOU KIDDING ME?!!!! mind you I ordered 2 of these nachos,,,, the plates were HOT and I was in a rush to get out after 40 minutes of my time was wasted!!!!! This service was unacceptable, it is not my responsibility to put food in a to-go box when it’s suppose to be “TO-GO”... a hot plate can BURN HANDS. I had to ask for a kitchen utensil to scoop the nachos in my Togo box while being burned by the hot plates.This is the most stupidest service I’ve ever went through and it’s a wonder how this behavior from a restaurant could be allowed to do this. Especially with time consumption, service, and safety of the customers. 0 of 5 stars for the company. Even if the food was okay this still ruined my experience. Oh and one more thing the person who sat me never told a waitor/waitress I needed to order. Poor service as well. Service needs to be addressed.

I go here every week and get something different each time. Ive only had one unsatisfactory dish(chicken tenders on appetizer menu) but everything else has been EXCELLENT! The staff is great too! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Excellent food & excellent service. Shaun goes out of her way to take care of customers. I'm sure each persons experience may be different but ours was very good & glad we chose Smokey Joe's.

Talked to waiter one time and she never came back. Food came cold and waiter was never to be found. Better stay at el daradon. No lip and great service

The same waitress everytime and she is the best and we tip her well because of it.

If only the service was as good as the interior design. There was barely anyone in the restauraunt and yet we waited almost an hour for our food. Our waiter went on break w/out her consulting us, or the staff.

Good food, fair prices, and cool decor! We ate here twice, lunch and breakfast, during our stay and really enjoyed it. Solid wings and great bacon. Pancakes and omelette didn't disappoint. Beer & wine available. Great alternative to the buffet if you're not feeling a giant meal.
