Rude. Awful customer service. I drove past other places to get coffee and when I arrived I badly needed to use the restroom. I was very rudely informed that she would not even unlock the door until I paid. Seriously, stay away.

This was my first visit in over a year. There is a small seating area, a few bar-height tables, a round table that could seat 4 to 6, and a single 2-person table. I had 2 donuts and a brown sugar cold brew. The donuts were good, bigger than I remembered. I've never had any kind of coffee drink from Dunkin and I saw something about the brown sugar cold brew on Reddit, so that's what I got. I enjoyed it a lot. I've only had Starbucks cold brew and iced coffee and I can't say I prefer one over the other (only talking iced & cold brew). The only negative is that it's so dark in the ordering and seating area. There isn't enough sunlight, there's dark paneling around the order area and halfway up the walls, and the table tops are all dark. It's just doesn't feel as inviting as it could.

The iced coffee can use a little more taste. Tastes like ice water with mild hints of coffee. The donuts not as good as everybody mentions. The breakfast sandwiches are good, though. The coffee just perfect 👌

I love doughnuts so when i found out This Dunkin Donuts is within walking distance i literally did the robot haha :-) I miss the Bow Ties

This is vegas and they wouldnt take my $100.00 at 3pm, ill go to dutch bros or starbucks for now on peace

I went in just now to get iced coffee , but I needed to do number real fast ask to use restroom before I get my coffee and lady with fake red hair and ugly bangs said it's for customers only . And wanted me to buy coffee first . So I had to go bad and it didn't care if I sh it myself. So now i never will ever go back to this dump of a place ever. Customer service does exist any more.
