The Pipeline Lounge

This place is great for Locals to come unwind. The beers are cheap, and cold, and the service is excellent. Speaking of service The day time cocktail waitress Bonnye is absolutely AMAZING. She is always quick to arrive, always has a positive attitude, and is so very personable. I cannot recommend her enough. When you come to hang out, be sure to seek this girl out! She is such a DELIGHT

The Pipeline Lounge

Great feel to this place, comfortably classic. Very nice polite employees and the rooms are very big, much bigger than the Silver Legacy, much more gracious feel to this place. The front desk people are fabulous, quick and friendly. The young lady who helped us this afternoon was tremendous. Reno is a great city and this hotel is excellent.

The Pipeline Lounge

Legit the WORST “hotel” I’ve stayed in. It doesn’t even deserve half a star let alone an entire star. Extremely misleading & false advertising. The pictures that this hotel shows you is NOT the hotel here. There are stains on every single piece of furniture & this is my SECOND room. The furniture is all mix matched, you get one pillow per bed, the lamp shade is ripped, and there is hair hanging from the ceiling, and the beds didn’t have fitted sheets, just a flat and then another flat on top of that... no other blankets... I wish I could post pictures of how filthy this is. I honestly cannot say enough about how HORRIBLE this “hotel” is. Take your money elsewhere. Bates Motel would be a better option honestly.

The Pipeline Lounge

The employee that checked me in was very rude and short for some reason. The room was terrible to say the least. There was stains on the chairs, holes in the curtains (which didn't close all the way), weird black stains on the wall, and to top it off the a/c didn't work. Not to mention that there's low water pressure, hard beds, and the elevators were sketchy as hell. On the bright side, our view was great for watching people getting stuck in the elevator going to the fourth floor of the parking garage (the doors wouldnt open). The check out lady was cool.

Best hotel and casino off the strip. Chill low-key atmosphere. Love coming back here. Great promotions and food options. Devin, at the Pipeline Bar, is such a delight, he had just started when we last stayed, now is chill and professional.

The Pipeline Lounge

The rooms were very old! We didn't even have a fitted sheet on our bed we had three flat sheets and a very thin blanket and only three pillows available. The casino is surrounded by Rundown motels that look like crack send. It is a five minute walk to the nicer casinos. It was one of the last rooms available during Jazz Fest

I can't say much about the casino because I haven't been there but the hotel room is nice. I got a double king bed room and the space was decent. I haven't asked for service but someone came to set the room back up just as we left so I'm assuming that they are well trained. The rooms are good and every room has an AC which makes it better. The thing that I didn't like is the lighting. The lights were too oddly placed and they were too bright. Every time I looked up my eyes hurt a bit. Incase you guys wanted to know, I had room 1435. Could be a five stars but the lighting was horrible.

The Pipeline Lounge

The rooms were nice and it was within walking distance to the other hotels and casinos. There was a pretty nice view. Saturday night's dinner buffet was seafood. Which was decent. The food was good but the selection was on the smaller side. Their casino was also smaller than i expected. However for the price one can't complain too much. They have multiple bingo games 7 days a week. Overall, we would stay there again.

The Pipeline Lounge

Website quoted $24 per room + $20 tax. We were charged additional $20 per room when we checked in. (Keep that mind when booking) Still only $64 per room which is fair for a 3 star hotel...only thing is this place is nowhere near a 3 star hotel. I wish I could add pictures of the filth. The grout the bathroom is black in places, Tub is filthy and mold on ceiling. The sink was clogged And I couldn’t even brush my teeth because the water was so discolored it was nauseating. Though the bell hop was quite pleasant, The receptionist checking us in was not very friendly as well as the staff serving drinks in the casino. And I’m not sure if this is a problem throughout Reno but There was a lot of what I would believe to be driving attics roaming the casino. Do not make me feel comfortable or safe for me or my car. We did the fancy restaurant... I recommend that you don’t order the chicken fettuccine!

The Pipeline Lounge

The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. I liked that they had a little vanity area to get ready, which was perfect for our purposes. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was very nice as well, as we had a person in our group get sick. They handled it very professionally. Also love Mel's Diner for a great breakfast!
