My wife and I showed up early for our reservations and were seated right away. I found the smaller selection of menu items refreshingly simple. But that is where I stopped enjoying this restaurant. I cannot speak to the quality of their food as we walked out.
This isn't Italian food. It's not an Italian restaurant with Italian dishes and flavors ( as evidenced by the unusual flavors on the menu, and specials briefed to us by the waiter ). If that is what you are looking for, seek a meal elsewhere as we did.

Delicious food and awesome location right on broadway. Food is prepared with care, very tasty dishes. Excellent options outside of the obvious Italian dishes that are great as well.

Glad we picked this place for the one night we spent in Saratoga. I had a perfectly cooked NY Strip, and the pasta dish my wife had was excellent. It was also so large that we took some good leftovers for an early lunch the next day! Cozy spot and great staff!

This is an excellent restaurant and would recommend to most. The food was very flavorful. One our my colleagues made a special request to have a certain dish made and they accomodated her no questions asked. Atmoshphere is nice, but on the weekend it is very crowded (as it should be, great restaurant!) and the set up makes it difficult to move around. On busy nights also tends to be a bit loud, so if you are looking so a super quiet experience you may want to avoid Forno on the weekends. Servers were very knowledgeable about the dishes which is always a plus.

Been dining here for years, very crowded even on weeknights. The menu changes often, which some people love. I, however, prefer to know I can count on a certain meal at each of my frequented restaurants. Forno will accommodate my requests for an old favorite - Penne Pomodoro. Fred at the bar is very friendly & attentive. They did discontinue my brand of vodka 😣, but that hasn't kept me away. I am a rewards member, and also receive birthday & anniversary discounts which are great!!!

Great service! Very attentive! The food came out quickly. The warm bread and oil they give you before your meal was yummy!!
